富寧縣，中華人民共和國雲南省縣級市，由文山州代管，位於雲南省東南部，文山壯族苗族自治州東睡，東接廣西百色市和靖西縣；南連廣西那坡縣；西靠本州廣南縣；北鄰廣西西林縣和田林縣；西南與本州麻栗坡縣隔南利河相望，與越南苗旺、同力文兩縣接壤，國境線長75公里，全縣國土面積5352平方千米。截止2022年末，富寧縣下轄市6個鎮，7個鄉。縣政府駐地為富寧縣普廳南路19號。[截至2022年末縣常住人口39.1萬人。富寧縣境內屬滇東南岩溶高原六韶山向東延伸尾部，其高大山勢從丘北縣向東起伏而來。[14]地貌主要分為高原、山地、丘陵、盆地。富寧縣屬南亞熱帶季風氣候，春溫高於秋溫，雨熱同季，縣內因地地形和海拔差異，立體氣候明顯，年內有四季之分，但不明顯。富寧縣歷史悠久，公元前214年，縣境東部劃歸象郡，治所在臨塵(今廣西崇左縣)，西部仍屬句町部族(國)，中心在今廣南縣。開皇元年(581)，州治在益寧(今昆明)。貞觀八年(634)，富寧隸盤州，治在今貴州興義。洪武十七年(1384)，始在普廳建富州城，並設吏目廳。1952年2月，改人民民主縣政府為縣民族聯合政府。1980年，成立縣人民政府、縣人民代表大會常務委員會和人民政協富寧縣委員會。
Funing County is a county-level city in Yunnan Province, People's Republic of China, administered by Wenshan Prefecture, located in the southeast of Yunnan Province, east of Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, east of Baise City and Jingxi County of Guangxi; South to Napo County, Guangxi; West of Guangnan County; North of Guangxi Xilin County and Tianlin county; Southwest and Malipo County, Honshu across the Nanli River, and Vietnam Miaowang, Tongliwen two counties bordering, the national border is 75 kilometers long, the county covers an area of 5352 square kilometers. By the end of 2022, Funing County has jurisdiction over 6 cities and 7 townships. The county government is located at No. 19, Puting South Road, Funing County. [As of the end of 2022, the county has a permanent population of 391,000. Funing County belongs to the karst plateau of southeast Yunnan, Liushaoshan, which extends to the east and its high mountain potential rises and falls from Qiubei County to the east. [14] The landform is mainly divided into platitudes, mountains, hills and basins. Funing County belongs to the south Asian tropical monsoon climate, spring temperature is higher than autumn temperature, rain and heat in the same season, due to the difference in terrain and altitude, three-dimensional climate is obvious, the year has four seasons, but not obvious. Funing County has a long history, in 214 BC, the eastern part of the county was divided into Xiang County, the governance is located in Linchen (today's Chongzuo County, Guangxi), the western part is still under the Juding tribe (country), the center is in today's Guangnan County. In the first year of Emperor Kaihuang (581), the prefecture was governed in Yining (today's Kunming). In the eighth year of Zhenguan (634), Funing Lipanzhou was governed in today's Xingyi, Guizhou. In the seventeenth year of Hongwu (1384), Fuzhou City was built in Puting Hall and the official Department was set up. In February 1952, the People's Democratic County government was changed to the national Coalition government of counties. In 1980, the county people's Government, the Standing Committee of the county People's Congress and the Funing County Committee of the CPPCC were established.
