The Municipality of Ternate , is a 4th class municipality in the province of Cavite, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 24,653 people.
Ternate, also known as Barra, is a coastal town of Cavite located on the southwestern part of the province. It is approximately 19 kilometers (kms) from the provincial capital, 56 kms from Metro Manila. It is bounded on the north by Naic, on the south by Nasugbu, Batangas, on the east by Maragondon, and on the west by Manila Bay. With its ten (10) barangays, its area comprises 4.7% or 5,993 hectares (has) of the provincial land area.

Paniman Beach is located in the municipality of Ternate, Cavite Province. I never thought the way going to this place is open. As you can see on the entrance, it's not well maintained and seems like the whole place was abandoned. Just recently, someone told us about this place and we checked it out. Surprisingly, this place really exist hehehe...the beach is quite nice though, there are few trash washed out along the shore but not on the main beach..
