Find Molise! See a part of Italy not many see, or have even heard of.
This is a part of Italy that isn't seen by many foreign tourists. Even Italians tease that Molise non esiste (Molise doesn't exist). It does, and it is worth a visit. We spent a couple days in the capital, Campobasso, with side trips to a ghost town and to Termoli on the coast.
This short trip does not do the area justice, but does give us a reason to go back later.
-And I found a typo in the movie... But really don't feel like re-editing it, uploading and typing all this again. Dang it.

Termoli la città molisana dove i cuori si affacciano sul Mare Adriatico.
Se è vero che Termoli è una località di mare e che la sua attrattiva turistica si basa soprattutto su questo, è anche vero però che racchiude, principalmente nel suo centro storico, una serie di edifici e monumenti che lasciano stupefatti per la loro bellezza
Il Borgo Antico è uno dei luoghi più importanti e caratteristici della città, formato da un numero infinito di stradine e da case colorate, che si intersecano a scacchiera, fino ad arrivare nella Piazza del Duomo, vero cuore del Borgo Antico, con la sua cattedrale
Il centro storico si sviluppa su un promontorio a picco sul mare, dal quale si vede la grande spiaggia di Sant’Antonio che si trova proprio sotto al Castello Svevo.
Il Castello di Termoli, con il suo caratteristico orologio, aveva in passato la funzione di difesa della città, grazie al sistema di cinta muraria. ed è caratterizzato da elementi di epoca normanna e da altre strutture di epoca sveva.
Il litorale di Termoli, è caratterizzato da ampie spiagge sabbiose e da un mare dai fondali bassi, ideale per i bambini e per gli adulti che non sanno nuotare.
Dal porto di Termoli è possibile raggiungere le isole Tremiti in poco più di un’ora.
A Termoli troverete uno dei vicoli più stretti d'Italia, il cosiddetto rejecélle, così piccolo da poter essere attraversato solo camminando di fianco, a meno che non si sia abbastanza esili da poterlo percorrere camminando normalmente
Esiste anche una parte più moderna, il Corso Nazionale, dove, nel 2018, sono state installate tre statue bronzee dedicate a personaggi illustri di Termoli, tra cui il fumettista Benito Jacovitti
