If you are from Cebu City take a Jeepney/Bus in going to Mactan New Town. There you can find eskina Angasil Tricycle/Habal2 Terminal (20per head fare)
in going to the ANGASIL PORT.
???? Olango Island is only about 8-10mins. Fastcraft ride from Angasil Port. Fare is P30.
– Once you arrived at the port, look for the ticket booth of TRANS-OLANGO SHIPPING -(naa sa tumoy sa pantalan) in going to Olango Island.

I have been really curious of OLANGO ISLAND in Lapulapu, Cebu since I first heard it. Hindi ko alam na may isla pa pala talaga just across the Mactan Island. Sobrang dami kong trabaho sa lingong ito and I felt kind of drained, kaya naman ay hindi ko na napigilan ang sarili ko para mag isla at dahil napakalapit ng OLANGO ISLAND sa Cebu City, kaya naman eh ito ang aking napili.
The Olango Group of Islands is found in the Central Visayas region of the Philippines. It comprises Olango island and 6 satellite islets namely: Caubian, Camungi, Caohagan, Gilutongan, Nalusuan, Pangan-an, and Sulpa. It is divided under the jurisdiction of the city of Lapu-Lapu and the municipality of Cordova, Cebu. It is known for its wildlife sanctuary. There are also marine sanctuaries and resorts on the island but I intentionally didn't visit them yet so I will have more to look forward to when I return because I surely will.

The Majestic Banyan Spring Resort of Tabogon, Cebu || Formerly known as Guiwanon Cold Spring
Wanna have some quick break or escape from busy life in the city?
I think Tabogon, Cebu is the best place to visit. They offer a lot of nice beaches and free of charge overlooking sceneries. Tabogon is also home for the majestic Guiwanon Cold Spring which is a perfect destination for a quick cool-off from the sizzling stress acquired during the weekdays. The Spring was just recently renovated to make it more organized and add more instagramable vibe on it. The new management have also changed its name to Banyan Spring Resort.
Yes, visiting cold spring is tiring and energy consuming specially if you're from cebu city. The traffic, waiting for the bus to get on-board and the discomfort during the travel itself. So, I highly suggest to condition yourself and be open to these reality bites (No worries, malamig ang tubig sa spring, nakakarefresh!).
It will take you 2 - 3 hours drive going to Tabogon from Cebu City via Ceres Bus in Cebu North Bus Terminal for only 95php per head, but please make sure to ask the ticketing officer first before paying it. In my case, I've use my motorcyle (Nikuy) in travelling going there and it cost me only 250 Php the whole trip.

BANTAYAN BAY, CORDOVA CEBU FROM DRONE (Aerial 4K HD) | One Man Wander
I couldn't believe I was able to find this paradise just an hour away from Cebu City. It was already 5AM then and I was still working; I decided to look for a beach near Mandaue City or Cebu City because I knew that I wouldn't be able to sleep due to insomnia. To my astonishment, I came across with this sandbar and mangrove park in Cordova Cebu to which the locals call ''Little Maldives / Little Bantayan''. I immediately called my friend to accompany me in this unplanned getaway, he agreed and the rest was history.
