Life in a small Czech town... Trebon!
During my stay in Ceske Budejovice, I decided to take a short bus ride to the small spa town of Trebon. All I knew about Trebon was that it is famous for its man-made carp ponds and the whole town was fortified in the 13th century.
I wasn't expecting much from my short visit, but I found a beautiful, quaint town and I was more than glad I'd decided to not be a lazy git and make the effort!

Třeboň je město v okrese Jindřichův Hradec, asi 22 km východně od Českých Budějovic, v Třeboňské pánvi na Zlaté stoce mezi rybníky Svět ???? a Rožmberk ????. Je lázeňským ????????♂ a rekreačním městem ????♂️????♀️, městskou památkovou rezervací a střediskem CHKO Třeboňsko. Středem města je Masarykovo náměstí s krásným podloubím, renesanční radnicí s věží, Mariánským sloupem a kamennou kašnou ⛲. Národní kulturní památkou je Zámek Třeboň ???? s barokní kašnou ⛲ a zámeckým parkem ????. Nesmíme zapomenout zmínit ani Knížecí pivovar Regent ????, Schwarzenberskou hrobku nebo Rybářství Třeboň ????. V Třeboni je toho k vidění mnoho a mnoho, tak ji neváhejte navštívit ????

Problems still with the SD card. I check every day now! The weather cooled off for a day as well as the rains came down. We pause in two more delightful Czech towns before crossing into Austria We overnight in a very rainy Steyr on the edge of the Alps. Climbing through the iron ore town of Eisenerz we stop on the much hotter south side of the mountains in Leoben. Finally in this movie we arrive at Austria`s second city Graz for a two night stay. Another of our favourite places. Again though the temperatures were soaring.

Ve 27. díle jsme se vydali na cestu kolem Světa ????. Ano, kolem rybníka ???? Svět. Ten je desátý největší rybník v Jihočeském kraji a patnáctý v celé České republice. Nachází se na jižním okraji Třeboně, přesně na 49. rovnoběžce, pouhý 1 km od třeboňského centrálního Masarykova náměstí. Dvakrát lomená hráz je dlouhá 1400 m a vysoká 7,5 m. Vodní plocha má rozlohu 201,5 ha ????. Cesta kolem Světa je dlouhá přibližně 12 km a najdete na ní 16 zastavení ????♂️????♀️. Mezi ty nejvýznamnější patří Schwarzenberská hrobka, park lázní Aurora nebo Spolský mlýn s kapličkou. Vydejte se také na cestu kolem Světa – stojí to za to ????????
