A Tokaji borvidéken egyedülálló, a Gróf Degenfeld család által megálmodott cháteau-stílusú birtokközpont a kastély, szőlő és pincészet szoros együtteseként jött létre.
A Terézia kert közepén, festői környezetben, öreg fák között található négycsillagos, légkondicionált Gróf Degenfeld Kastélyszálló húsz kétágyas szobával, és egy lakosztállyal várja a pihenésre vágyó vendégeket.
A birtokon tett pincelátogatás és borkóstolás során látogatóink betekintést nyerhetnek a birtok életébe.

In 1994 the Count Degenfeld family successfully revived its wine estate in the Tokaji wine region, in Tarcal, following their over 150-year-old tradition.
Winemaking has always included the love of nature, respect for traditions and all this combined with modern technology. We are producing dry wines and sweet wine specialties from the three main varieties of the region: Furmint, Hárslevelű and Muscat Blanc (Yellow Muscat). These wine specialties include sweet late harvest wines, Szamorodni and the famous Aszú wines.
The chateau-style estate – a dream made come true by the Count Degenfeld Family – being so unique in the Tokaji wine region has started as a fruitful combination of the castle, the vineyards and the cellar.
The four-star air-conditioned Gróf Degenfeld Castle Hotel is located in the middle of Theresa Park in picturesque surroundings in the shadows of big old trees, offering 20 double rooms and a suite for guests coming to relax.
During the cellar tour and wine tasting, visitors can get acquainted with the everyday life of the wine estate.

This event is the largest annual cultural event in Hungary and is Debrecen’s most popular event for tourists. What was a two-day event many years ago, is now a week-long cultural extravaganza. Celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, this beloved festival should not be missed in 2019.
This week-long traditional event builds up to the 20th of August, which is Hungary’s biggest national holiday of the year, the “State Foundation Day”. In addition, it is also St. Stephen’s Day which is celebrated nationally in the Catholic tradition.
