Visiting Sopheakmit (Preah Nimith) Waterfalls in Stung Treng, Cambodia
We visited the Sopheakmit (or Preah Nimith) Waterfalls located in the border of Stung Treng and Preah Vihear provinces. Along the river where the waterfalls are located is also bordering Laos.
We traveled from Phnom Penh to Stung Treng on a sleeper bus for 8 hours. Arriving as early as 4:30 am in Sting Treng, we proceeded to the waterfalls with a tuktuk that we contacted days ago. On the way to the waterfalls has a distance of around 65 kilometers and we traveled with our tuktuk for around two hours. Before lunch, we traveled back to Stung Treng City for another adventure.
