Stirling Gardens | Near Perth CBD - Australia [4K]

Stirling Gardens is a small public park in Perth, Western Australia. Located on the corner of St Georges Terrace and Barrack Street, west of the Government House and north of the Supreme Court buildings, it contains a group of significant sculpture items.

Thanks to its kangaroo statues, also one of the most recognisable and most photographed.

The kangaroo sculptures, a water feature, a huge Moreton Bay Fig tree and fabled May Gibbs’ creations Snugglepot and Cuddlepie are some of the more interesting aspects of this parkland. Many events are held in the gardens throughout the year including an ANZAC Day service, Opera in the Park and Carols by Candlelight.

It is also a quiet space for reflection amongst the hustle and bustle of the CBD.

There are several wildlife parks in the Adelaide Hills where you can get up close to Australian native animals. At the Cleland Wildlife Park, you will see many native animals roaming around the 35-hectare park. The Gorge Wildlife Park is the country's largest privately owned collection of Australian and exotic animals, birds and reptiles. You can hold a koala and hand-feed the kangaroos at both parks. Indulge in Chocolate & Cheese at Woodside
Melba’s Chocolate Factory in Woodside is a working tourism factory that produces chocolates and old-fashioned confectionery. It is open every day from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm, and you can watch the chocolates being made and then try and choose from the huge selection of chocolates and confectionery available. Bluff Knoll Summit Hike - Stirling Range - Western Australia (1 of world's most ancient landscapes)

This video is about Bluff Knoll Summit Hike, Stirling Range, Western Australia

Western Australia's Bluff Knoll's a real crowd pleaser since it has the capacity to deliver great views without summiting (handy if the weather changes). Better still is the more challenging Mt.Toolbrunup.

Whilst Mount Toolbrunup is the second highest peak in the Stirling Range at 1,052 m, it is a more difficult and rewarding climb than the higher Bluff Knoll (highest Peak at 1,099m). Do not overlook this gem.
