Klečka stijena (Vihar) - Bosna i Hercegovina - Intermezzo (2023) | Go Bosnia & Herzegovina [4K]
Klečka stijena je uzvišenje koje se nalazi u jugoistočnom dijelu opštine Prozor. Najviša i najisturenija kota na platou Klečke stijene zove se Vihar i njena nadmorska visina iznosi 1154 metra. Sa Vihara se pruža pogled prema Jablaničkom i Ramskom jezeru, te brojnim planinama kao što su Vranica, Vitreuša, Bjelašnica, Visočica, Prenj, Čvrsnica, Vran, Ljubušu, Cincar, Malovan i Raduša.
Klečku stijenu možete pohoditi iz više pravaca ali dva najčešća su iz sela Klek i iz sela Kućani. Mi smo ovom prilikom Vihar penjali iz sela Klek. Početna tačka se nalazi na nekih 770 metara što znači da smo do najviše kote (1154 metra) prešli 384 metra visinske razlike. Staza je dužine oko 3,5 kilometra i potrebno je otprilike 1,5h laganog uspona do vrha.

Klečka stijena is an elevation located in the southeastern part of the municipality of Prozor. The highest and most prominent elevation on the Klečka stijena plateau is called Vihar and its altitude is 1154 meters. From the Vihar there is a view towards the Jablanica and Rama lakes, and numerous mountains such as Vranica, Vitreusa, Bjelasnica, Visocica, Prenj, Cvrsnica, Vran, Ljubusa, Cincar, Malovan and Radusa.
You can visit the Klek rock from several directions, but the two most common are from the village of Klek and from the village of Kucani. On this occasion, we climbed Vihar from the village of Klek. The starting point is located at some 770 meters, which means that we have crossed 384 meters of height difference to reach the highest elevation (1154 meters). Jezero Mašica zimi. Prelijepo mjesto za odmor i opuštanje. Pored jezera su dva natkrivena objekta za piknik tako da možete uživati i u kišnim danima. U blizini su pećine (Lukina pećina i pećina Srednja stijena). Također se može napraviti i planinarska šetnja od nekoliko sati do okolnih vrhova (Bakoš, Tvrtkovac...). Nalazi se na ivici Spomenika prirode Tajan na udaljenosti od 12 km od izletišta Kamenica pored Zavidovića .

Masica Lake in winter. Beautiful place for rest and relaxation. There are two picnic shelters near the lake so you can enjoy on the rainy days too. There are caves near the lake (Lukina Cave and Srednja Stijena Cave). You can hike for a few hours to the surrounding peaks (Bakos, Tvrtkovac...). It is located in the border region of Monument of Nature Tajan 12 km near the resorts of Kamenica near Zavidovici.

Mini Documentary (Epizoda 01): Spomenik Prirode Tajan (Bakoš, Ravan planina);
Spomenik prirode Tajan je jedno od najmlađih zaštićenih područja u Bosni i Hercegovini. Spomenik prirode velikim dijelom se nalazi na području Ravan planine koja se sastoji od tri značajne cjeline, Tajan, Bakoš i Tvrtkovac. Pored svojih prelijepih travnatih grebena i vrhova, područje spomenika prirode obiluje mnogim drugim prirodnim bogatstvima kao što su jezero Mašica, velik broj pećina, kamenih mostova, endemskih biljnih vrsta kao i veoma bogat životinjski svijet.
U sklopu ove ture smo obišli dva vodopada na rijeci Gostović koja nastaje od pritoka koje dolaze iz srca spomenika prirode Tajan. Pored toga, uživali smo u jezeru Mašica te fantastičnoj pećini u Srednjoj stijeni. Naš glavni cilj je bio vrh Bukvić Prisoje [1245 m/nv] koji se nalazi na Bakošu (Ravan planina) i sa kojeg se pruža fantastičan pogled prema brojnim bh planinama kao što su Bjelašnica, Vlašić, Lisac, Konjuh, Ozren ali i mnogim drugim.

Mini Documentary (Episode 01): Monument of Nature Tajan (Bakos, Mt. Ravan);
Tajan Nature Monument is one of the youngest protected areas in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The natural monument is largely located in the area of Ravan mountain, which consists of three significant units, Tajan, Bakoš, and Tvrtkovac. In addition to its beautiful grassy ridges and peaks, the area of natural monuments abounds in many other natural treasures such as Lake Mašica, a large number of caves, stone bridges, endemic plant species, and very rich fauna.
As part of this tour, we visited two waterfalls on the river Gostović, which originate from tributaries that come from the heart of the natural monument Tajan. In addition, we enjoyed Lake Mašica and the fantastic cave in Srednja Stijena. Our main goal was the peak Bukvić Prisoje [1254 m / above sea level] which is located on Bakoš (Ravan mountain) and which offers a fantastic view of many BiH mountains such as Bjelasnica, Vlasic, Lisac, Konjuh, Ozren, and many others.
The Tajan Nature Monument is a fantastic area that will not leave you indifferent and that is why it is our warm recommendation to visit it and feel its uniqueness.

Jahorina - Bosna i Hercegovina - Intermezzo (2022) | Go Bosnia & Herzegovina [4K]
Jahorina je jedna od većih bosansko-hercegovačkih planina, što je opjevano i u poznatoj sevdalinci “...ah kolika je Jahorina planina”. Najviši vrh jahorine je Ogorjelica [1916 m/nv]. Ljeti je prekrivena gustom zelenom travom, a zimi i do 3 metra visokim snijegom. Javorina je originalni naziv planine Jahorina a naziv je dobila po planinskom ili grčkom javoru, čije je najsjevernije stanište upravo ova planina. Za ovu turu smo u suradnji sa PD Visočica. Sarajevo odabrali vrhove Borovac i Klek koji su izdvojeni u odnosu na glavni masiv Jahorine.
Vrh Borovac, visok 1750 metara, je jedan od južnih (jugo-istočnih) vrhova Jahorine. Iako nije posebno dominantan u svojoj okolini, ono po čemu se ovaj vrh izdvaja jeste njegova jednostavnost i blagost te ukoliko vodite djecu na planinarenje predstavlja idealan vrh za posjetiti.
Do ovog vrha se stiže nakon nekih 1-1.5 lagane šetnje od planinarskog doma Nedim Pilav-Jogi na Rudoj Glavi, što je ujedno tačka do koje možete da stignete vozilom.
Vrh Klek (neki ga još nazivaju Jahorinski Klek) je svega 7 metra niži (1743 metra) od susjednog vrha Borovac ali je zbog svojih neobičnih stijena možda i najmarkantniji vrh Jahorine.

Jahorina is one of the largest mountains in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is also sung in the famous sevdalinka song ...ah, how big is Jahorina mountain. The highest peak of Jahorina is Ogorjelica [1916 m/asl]. In summer it is covered with thick green grass, and in winter with up to 3 meters of snow. Javorina is the original name of the mountain Jahorina, and it got its name from the mountain or Greek maple, whose northernmost habitat is this mountain. We visited this mountain in cooperation with PD Visočica, Sarajevo, and chose the Borovac and Klek peaks, which are separated from the main massif of Jahorina.
Borovac peak, 1750 meters high, is one of the southern (south-eastern) peaks of Jahorina. Although it is not particularly dominant in its surroundings, what makes this peak stand out is its simplicity and gentleness, and if you are taking children hiking, it is an ideal peak to visit.
This peak can be reached after a 1-1.5 hours of easy walk from the mountain lodge Nedim Pilav-Jogi on Ruda Glava, which is also the point you can reach by car.
Peak Klek (some also call it Jahorinski Klek) is only 7 meters lower (1743 meters) than the neighboring peak Borovac, but due to its unusual rocks, it is perhaps the most striking peak of Jahorina.

Perast + Our Lady of the Rocks | Day Trip from Kotor, Montenegro
Come join us as we visit Perast on a fun day trip from Kotor, Montenegro. The highlights of our travel day to Perast included visiting Our Lady of the Rocks island by boat, enjoying a nice leisurely lunch and checking out the sleepy town by wandering around on foot. Overall it was a wonderful half day trip from Kotor that was relaxing, fun and highly affordable.

Perast + Our Lady of the Rocks | Day Trip from Kotor, Montenegro Travel Food Video Transcript:
Well good morning good morning guys. Good morning guys. It is another beautiful day here in Kotor (Котор) so we decided let's take a day trip. So we're going to be hopping on a bus and visiting Perast which is a small little town also by the water. Um yeah and once we're there we can hop on a boat and go visit a few islands so it should be a nice day.
We did manage to find the bus, though it involved running up the street since we were in the wrong spot, but aside from that, it was a quick 20-minute ride up the coast to Perast.
Located on the Bay of Kotor, Perast (Perasto) is a small town that hit its peak in the 18th century under the Venetian Republic. During this time, it had as many as four active shipyards and the citizens of the town were allowed to trade and sell goods without tax on the Venetian market. This made them very wealthy, and while today Perast has more of a sleepy vibe, you can still see traces of that wealth in the number of palazzos that line the waterfront.
So the boat frequency turned out to be more like 30 minutes - that morning we learned “just 5 minutes” should not be taken literally.
There are two islands off the coast of Perast (Perasto). One is St. George, which holds an old monastery and is not open to visitors, and the other is Our Lady of the Rocks, which we visited. The latter is an artificial island that was created by sinking old ships loaded with rocks. Here you’ll find the Church of Our Lady of the Rocks, which is the main attraction. To be honest, this is a quick visit and you likely won’t need more than 15-20 minutes on the island, but you do get some nice views of the surrounding mountains.
Then, after that little excursion we could only think about one thing: lunch!
After Sam’s drone session, we had enough time to climb up to visit one more church, and then it was pretty much time to call it a day.
Perast (Perasto) is a charming seaside town, but it’s very small and some of the tourist sights weren’t open so there wasn't much to do, but it’s great for a half-day trip if you want to see something aside from Kotor (Котор)!
Alright guys so here we are wrapping up a lovely little day trip from Kotor (Котор). Yeah, it sure was lovely and such an affordable trip. I mean we only paid 1 Euro each way. We're just waiting to catch the bus that comes every half hour. Just a few hours here is enough time really. You can wander around the old town, you can take a boat ride out to the islands, have a nice comfortable lunch. Do maybe a little bit more exploring. And then you're ready to go back. So it makes for a great half day trip I would say. Bye for now.

Zagreb to Sarajevo; Bosnian Road Trip - Highlights
Its not particularly easy to get to Sarajevo, There are no trains, very few buses and flights can be expensive and only take you to the main cities. I managed to find a 6am bus to take me from Zagreb to Sarajevo through some of the best landscapes Bosnia & Herzegovina has to offer.
The total route was 447km (285miles) and took around 10hours. It is still to this day one of my favourite bus trips because of the amazing landscapes. At the beginning you will see the towering mountains of the northern region as our bus winds along the narrow road, through tunnels and crossing the river below. Later you will see the hilly agricultural landscapes of the southern regions with some of the traditional Bosnian houses.
We also stopped at a restaurant in the mountains where I met that adorable cat! Eventually we made it to Sarajevo where I had to walk through the rain to find my hostel. In the next videos I will show you the highlights of Sarajevo.

Zavidovići or how we like to call it the grad drveta is located in the central part of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Territorially, it belongs to the Zenica-Doboj Canton and is one of the largest municipalities in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Many things adorn this municipality, from the beautiful Austro-Hungarian villa and the old acorn in the city zone to the stone balls and the nature park Tajan. However, one of the features of this city is that it is located on three rivers, Bosnia as the largest and its two tributaries, the beautiful river Gostović and its most important right tributary, the river Krivaja.

Zavidovići ili od milja zvani „grad drveta“ nalazi se u centralnom dijelu Bosne i Hercegovine. Teritorijalno pripada Zeničko-Dobojskom kantonu i površinom spada među najveće opštine u Bosni i Hercegovini. Mnogo toga krasi ovu opštinu, od prelijepe austro-ugarske vile i starog ćire u samoj gradskoj zoni pa sve do kamenih kugli i parka prirode „Tajan“. Međutim jedna od odlika ovog grada je i to da se nalazi na tri rijeke, Bosna kao najveća te njene dvije pritoke, prelijepa rijeka Gostović i njena najznačajnija desna pritoka, rijeka Krivaja.

Bosna i Hercegovina je prelijepa zemlja sa očaravajućom prirodom koja će vam ukoliko se prepustite ostaviti velik broj neprocjenjivih uspomena.
