This is a must-see city as it is also the country's capital, and probably where you will be starting your Thailand adventure. Take a tour of the city and definately visit The Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha.
Take in the local scene, with a walk along Khao San Road or Lumpini Park.
If you can't get enough of temples, there are lots more like, Wat Traimit, Wat Saket, Wat Arun, and Wat Pho's Temple of the Reclining Buddha.
Bangkok is a city that never sleeps, so spend a bit of time here and get to know this fantastic city.

2. HUA HIN.
If you are looking for a different experience rather than the usual beach and resorts in Thailand, then Hua Hin may be the place for you.
It is said that Hua Hin has maintained its Thai authenticity, is not over-run with tourists, and is a place a lot of Thai people take their vacations.
Most of the tourists here are retirees, so you will not find the bar scene as in other cities.
The ocean views are as stunning as any other beautiful beach in Thailand. So, if you’re looking for some peace and quiet and authentic Thai food, then it’s Hua Hin.
3. KANCHANABURI.
The town of Kanchanaburi is located about 90 miles west of Bangkok.
You can get there by train, tour bus or taxi, but taking a metered taxi is going to cost a lot more.
People mainly visit this place for the Death Railway Bridge.
If you've watched the 1957 classic war film, The Bridge on the River Kwai, it was based on the Death Railway Bridge.
Definately don't leave without checking out the cemetery, the Erawan National Park, the historic Hellfire Pass and the Memorial Museum.
It will leave you emotional!
4. PHUKET.

Phuket is generally the starting point for most of the popular tourist spots in Thailand.
From here you can go visit the Similan Islands, James Bond Island, Phang Nga Bay, and Pee Pee Islands.
5. KHAO SOK NATIONAL PARK.
In the Southern part of Thailand, just up from Phuket, lies three Thai national parks.
One is Si Phangnga National Park. Another one is Khlong Phanom National Park.
and the one is perhaps the most popular of all national parks in the country, the Khao Sok National Park!
This reserve is overflowing with nature and lush scenery that nature lovers rave about! There are many tours for you to experience, including the rainforest nature safari, jungle safari, and the jungle lake safari.

Visiting A River Raft Restaurant in Sisaket Thailand - swim, drink and eat on the river

Visiting A River Raft Restaurant in Sisaket Thailand - swim, drink and eat on the river - If you know the actual name of this place let me know as I am a little confused by all the names of places here on google maps.

When I look this place up on google maps it says at one point there use to be alot of restaurants along here pre covid but the one next to the bridge seems to be called the Hat Ban Kaeng in Sisaket Thailand but I still could be wrong. - This place had local Thai Food at a great price but we did not eat on this occasion as we were driving to Bangkok and just passing through. But you can still drive here and you will see floating restaurants on both sides of the river.

This restaurant is located on the other side of the river and bridge of the The C-Moon Sisaket Tropical Raft - เดอะซีมูน ศรีสะเกษ Restaurant in Si Sa Ket Thailand - We did not explore the C-Moon Restaurant on this occasion though.

We come across this restaurant driving along the Saphan Ban Kaeng Road in Sisaket Thailand.

We did not eat here on this occasion but will give it a try next time we are in the area.
