Scenic drone clips and cinematic clips of the town of San Patricio in Mexico and the state of Jalisco. I had been in the town of Manzanillo for a few days but took my bag again and headed further up north in the west side of Mexico. It had been a great journey and I had previously come from Zihuatanejo, Acapulco, Puerto Escondido, and many other incredible places along the coast. Watch for a cinematic experience!

A TRIP TO AMAZING CUASTECOMATES, MEXICO (JALISCO) 2021
I had been in the town of San Patricio, Mexico and today I would walk across the mountains and in to a town located in a valley and a bay. I had been traveling up along the west coast of Mexico and the states of oaxaca, Jalisco, Guerrero where I had been to places like Puerto Escondido, Puerto Angel, Mazunte, Zipolite, Acapulco, Zihuatanejo and many more places. Hi guys! My family and I visited the beautiful beach of Melaque in Jalisco Mexico. We had a great time with some minor hiccups. If you also plan on visiting Melaque, MAKE SURE THE HOTEL ROOM HAS A/C!!!
Melaque is a wonderful little beach town to visit. The ocean water is warm, the food is delicious, and the pueblo is rich in culture.
Although the hotel was a nightmare, we did enjoy our time in Melaque (when we were not in that stuffy room). With that said, giving the hotel the benefit of the doubt, we might have just got a bad room or maybe we came at a bad time of the year? I'm sure the hotel does have its good day... we probably just came on a bad one.
Overall, I would definitely recommend coming to this beach as it is very beautiful and also pretty affordable.

Manzanillo is a Pacific Ocean port city and resort in the Mexican state of Colima. It's the site of 2 bays, Bahía de Manzanillo and Bahía de Santiago. The latter is known for beaches such as Playa La Audiencia, with calm surf for water sports. The waters off the coast have numerous coral reefs, shipwrecks and other dive sites. With a high concentration of marlin, the area is also known for deep-sea sport fishing.

Melaque, Jalisco
In this clip, we anchor off the shores of Melaque-San Patricio, just to the west of Barra de Navidad. The anchorage is referred to by sailors as “rocky Melaque” because of the swell that wraps around the point. We did use a stern anchor, but a shift in winds and currents made it useless in the middle of the night, and we did rock side to side until we left. It was a good place to provision, and the beach landing was in mild surf, no sweat!
