Un altro esempio della natura che ancora oggi è così determinante nel plasmare un prodotto che fa parte della nostra cultura e che crea lavoro. È stata la mia prima volta a Udine, non sapevo che città aspettarmi e sono rimasto affascinato dalle sue architetture veneziane. Se si immagina per un momento l’acqua di un rio al posto del selciato, sembrerebbe quasi di essere nella Laguna. A lungo la Serenissima ha infatti esercitato la sua influenza su questa parte d’Italia.

I suggest you to start your trip from Belvedere parking, and enter in the city from Bridge of the Devil.
If you have, let’s say, one day to visit Cividale, I suggest you follow on foot the route indicated in the video, to see the most relevant attractions of the city. Remember: once you have seen the Roman Amphitheater, take the elevator of Saint Giusto parking to easily arrive in the hill of the Castle and the Cathedral. If you have more time, consider to visit the nearby attractions of Miramare and Duino Castles, and Grotta Gigante, the tourist cave containing the largest natural room in the world!

Aria di San Daniele | Il tour itinerante del Prosciutto di San Daniele
C’è “Aria di San Daniele” in tutto lo Stivale: manca poco infatti all’inizio del tour enogastronomico che porterà in tutta Italia, da Nord a Sud, la bontà del San Daniele DOP.
Si tratta del format itinerante della storica kermesse “Aria di Festa” che si tiene ogni anno da oltre 35 anni in Friuli-Venezia Giulia e più precisamente a San Daniele del Friuli in provincia di Udine, patria del Prosciutto di San Daniele.
La manifestazione a tappe “Aria di San Daniele” porta in giro per il Bel Paese l’atmosfera festosa e lo spirito conviviale che caratterizza l’evento friulano, permettendo a tutti gli italiani di averne “un assaggio”, tutt’altro che figurato. In ognuna delle 40 tappe del tour, infatti, il protagonista della manifestazione sarà il Prosciutto di San Daniele e il suo sapore inconfondibile.
Il tour, ormai giunto alla quinta edizione, sarà l’occasione per assaporare il sapore del Prosciutto di San Daniele, approfondire quelle che sono le sue caratteristiche e i suoi punti di forza, imparare i “trucchi del mestiere” per quello che concerne l’affettare e il conservare al meglio il Prosciutto.
Il tour Aria di San Daniele farà conoscere agli italiani ciò che rende questo prodotto un’eccellenza del made in Italy riconosciuta in tutto il mondo.
Si parte nel mese di marzo dalla Capitale, toccando nel corso dei mesi successivi tutta la Penisola, viaggiando per locali selezionati, ristoranti e osterie dei territorio.
Il tour comincia da Roma, città-simbolo del made in Italy per antonomasia: qui si terranno le prime due tappe primaverili di Aria di San Daniele. Il viaggio itinerante toccherà poi tutte le principali città d’Italia, di Regione in Regione, per concludersi in Sicilia alla fine di novembre, con un totale di 40 tappe.

• 28-30 marzo a Roma
• 10-13 aprile a Torino
• 19-21 aprile a Torino
