GEORGIA TRAIN TRAVEL ???? (Tbilisi to Kutaisi on Georgian Railways)
In this Georgia travel vlog, we had a sudden change of plans. After one night in Tbilisi, we immediately left on a train to the third biggest city: Kutaisi. Why? Because we found out that our friends Medha and Tejas were also in Georgia, coincidentally, at the same time! And after four months on the road, we wanted to just chill with friends - so we booked last minute train tickets from Tbilisi to Kutaisi on the Georgia Railways website ( ). Once we reached Tbilisi, we explored the old town and the nearby Gelati Monastery at sunset. Medha and Tejas then introduced us to some delicious Georgian food (all vegetarian) - Khachapuri, Lobiani and Chacha!

Kutaisi is a city in west Georgia. It's home to the old Bagrati Cathedral. On the city's outskirts, the Gelati Monastery is a medieval cathedral with elaborate frescoes. The nearby hillside Motsameta Monastery has martyrs' remains. Historical Georgian manuscripts, ceramics and textiles are on display at the Kutaisi State Historical Museum.

We are back in Georgia, in the city of Batumi, The Las Vegas of the Black Sea. We crossed over the border from Turkey at Sarp / Sapri (we didn't really go to plan!), and made it to Georgia's beach resort, the city of Batumi on the Black Sea coast!
Here we hired a car to head up in to the Georgian mountains from Car24ge -
But before that, we are exploring the beautiful city of Batumi and trying the world's biggest Khachapuri, 5kg worth!! This is Georgia, 'Gaumarjos!'
