Was Noah Actually a GIANT!? ???? (Noah's Ark) ???????? | Solo Travel Cizre | Turkey Travel Vlog (Ep. 20)
I visited the gravesite of Noah (from Noah's Ark)! I didn't even know there was a gravesite for Noah until I arrived at my hotel! I traveled from Mardin to Cizre, Turkey. Cizre is located directly on the border with Syria. Cizre is part of Mesopotamia.
One thing particularly interesting about the casket is that it's absolutely massive! I would guess about 15 feet long! So was Noah a Giant? Or did the government just randomly put a normal sized man in a abundantly large casket for some other reason? This situation seems a bit peculiar! Anyway, I will let you decide.
Besides Noah, I got a chance to explore Cizre, and met a lot of local people. All of which, I needed to use use my translator to communicate. It's so much fun!
I had to navigate through local transportation, met and talked with my kind hotel staff, met a man at lunch with the same name as me, walked around the castle of Cizre, talked with some kids selling corn, watched an old man accidently hit his grandson with a fishing net, walked to the river, met some kids selling cotton candy, had some nasty lemonade with milk, and walked in another park during the sunset. Definitely a cool day!

First Impressions of GEORGIA! ???????? | Walking Tour | Solo Travel Batumi | Georgia Travel Vlog (Ep. 1)
I just arrived in the country of Georgia and and excited to see a change. I was trapped in my hotel for the first couple of days due to rain. Finally the rain stopped and this is the first day that I am able to walk around and explore the streets of Batumi, Georgia!
Whenever I arrive in a new country, I always go on a self-guided walking tour around the city just to get a feel of everything around me.
I spent a lot of time near the coast of Batumi. One of the highlights of the day was to take the Argo cable car to the top of the top of a nearby hill. The view of the city was rather impressive!
Also, riding the ferris wheel during sunset was kind of cool - even though it was short. It is located right next to the Ali and Nino statue.
After an entire day of walking around, enjoyed watching the final moments of sunlight right on the coast of the black sea. It was a magical sunset!

Santa Claus' ACTUAL Birthplace and Tomb ???? (NOT the North Pole) ???????? Turkey Travel Vlog (Ep. 4)
Did you know that Saint Nicholas was a real man who was born in Patara, Turkey? He lived most of his life in the ancient town of Myra, and then died in Demre, Turkey.
In this video, I start off by exploring Patara. There was way too much to see on foot. I walked around an explored the amphitheater more than anything else.
In the second part of this video, I went to the ancient town of Myra. This place is known for the rock tombs located on the side of the mountain. This is also a very interesting place. Literally every building was made out of stone.
The final part of this video is in the church that was built and dedicated to Saint Nicholas because of his kind work with children throughout his life. A very long time ago, a giant flood came and destroyed this church...and it was only recently discovered. Over the last few years, this place has been slowly excavated and restored.
There was a body and also a tomb found in this church. Archaeologists can only assume that it is the body of Santa Claus (Saint Nicholas) as this church was dedicated to him and his name.

Salym is a settlement in the Nefteyugansk district of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra . It is the administrative centre of Salym Village . Salym - the southern gate of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area.
Here is part 2 of the video of the expedition to Salym in 1911.
......In June 1911, The Tobolsk Museum together with the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Russian Geographical Society and the Russian Museum organized an expedition to the Salym River. In the scientific excursion - this was the name of this trip in the reports - the scientific employee of the Tobolsk Museum L.R. Schultz, natural student BN. Gorodkov, the artist G.I. Lebedev.
Scientists were engaged in ethnographic and geodetic research, as well as the description of the river. Salym and its tributaries. The mission of the expedition was to collect the fullest possible material for the description of the Salym River, the nature and inhabitants of this area.
From Tobolsk, the expedition departed on June 21, 1911. In Zenkovo (on the Middle Ob), the travelers were transferred to a boat on which they traveled along the Ob, Salym canal and Bolshoy Salym. They visited nine settlements in the Salym basin: yurts of the Sivokhrebsky, Lempins (summer and winter), Sorov, Kintusov, Milyasov, Sulins, Staromirsky, Varlamkin, Rymovs.
As a result, interesting reports were drawn up concerning almost all aspects of the life of the indigenous population of the Salym region: dwellings, farm buildings, household items, legends and legends are recorded.
For two months (the expedition was completed on August 18), more than 300 exhibits were collected and more than 200 photographs were taken......
