WALKING in a DUTCH CITY: Rhenen (4K Ultra HD)

Let's take a walk in the dutch city of Rhenen, located in the province of Utrecht and situated on the southern part of the chain of hills known as the Utrecht Hill Ridge (Utrechtse Heuvelrug) and the river Nederrijn. Rhenen city center dates back from medieval times (Rhenen received city rights in the 13th century) The most famous medieval building is the Cunera church with its 81 metres high 15th century church tower.

De mooiste wandeling van Utrecht is, wat mij betreft, de OV Stapper Amerongen - Rhenen.
Een prachtige, afwisselende tocht over de stuwwallen van de Utrechtse Heuvelrug, de uiterwaarden van de Rijn en de prachtige plaatsen Amerongen en Rhenen.

Op wandelzoekpagina.nl staan de (misschien wel) mooiste bergwandelingen van Nederland. Natuurlijk kent Nederland geen echte bergen, maar op verschillende plekken in ons land kun je je toch uitleven op aardige kuitenbijters. Wandelen door de Utrechtse Heuvelrug staat garant voor pittige hoogtemeters. Op deze tocht moet je bijna 200 meter overwinnen en je bedwingt de legendarische top van de Amerongse Berg.
