Tarlac Road Trip No. 12 Ramos
Ramos, is a 5th class municipality in the province of Tarlac, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 22,879 people.
The Municipality of Ramos is located at the north-eastern part of the province of Tarlac. It is approximately 28.6 kms. away from Tarlac, the capital of the province. It is geographically bounded by the Municipality of Pura in the south (5.1 kms.), Municipality of Paniqui at the north-western part (7.1 kms.), Municipality of Gerona at the south-western part (10.9 kms.), Municipality of Anao in the northern part (10 kms.), Municipality of Nampicuan, Nueva Ecija in the north-eastern part (10.5 kms.) and Municipality of Guimba, Nueva Ecija at the southeast (23.1 kms.).
With its pristine white exterior and lush surroundings, the present-day Shrine of St. Therese of the Child Jesus in Ramos, Tarlac appears to be straight out of a storybook. And because many brides covet this picture-perfect venue for their big day, it’s no wonder the church is well known as The Wedding Capital of Tarlac.

Here’s a Batangas travel vlog of one of the best beaches I have visited here in the Philippines. I didn’t expect to find this hidden paradise just a few hours away from Manila! This resort in Calatagan is known to be the “Maldives of the Philippines”. I haven’t been to Maldives yet but I think I got a glimpse of its beauty here for now! The beach is so clean, blue and even has white sand. Definitely relaxing and breathtaking!
