Houses are cheap here and even we are 8 km away from the energy plant the air is clean.
40 minutes from Greece and Turkey 320 km from Sofia which has a highway so around 3 hours drive, 1.50 hours from the black sea so a day trip is possible.
Polski Gradec has a micro climate which does not provide a white Xmas :)
2 shops, post office, mayor and very friendly people!
Polski Gradex has lots of natural herbs, nice for wine making, was a central point for the Romans and still lots of golden coins are being found!
To buy a house here is very cheap from 2000 euros you have a house with a big garden, the price of a better house starts with around 3000 euros!
You need a good lawyer, notary and the house is yours, mine was 3500 and with renovation now 7000 euros with a extra bathroom, 35 m2 extra living room, 2 floors, 2000 m2 garden and lots of very high quality grapes which brings me 250L. of natural wine per year and around 50L brandy
