1. Elizabeth Quay - you can start your day for coffee and breakfast here. If you are a late starter then you can have lunch at The Island - For further information on Elizabeth Quay visit

Kings Park - situated just a few minutes away from the central CBD - this is a magnificent sanctuary providing vast expands of rolling greens and natural bushland - you can easily spend a day here, have a stroll, picnic, discover the many plants the botanic garden has to offer - the park is absolutely free. How to get here, you can catch the free bus running regularly from the centre of the CBD. for further information visit
4. Cathedral Square - admire the beautiful St Georges Cathedral and the Treasury Building - you will also find the The Como Hotel here.
4. London Court - this is by far the most photographed lane way/arcade in Perth - for further information visit
5. Wolf Lane - walk the colourful and vibrant laneway- you will find shops, cafes and bars around here.
6. Shafto Lane - also popular among locals - you will find restaurants and bars here.
7. Perth Royal Hotel - Lunch - this is very popular amongst locals so bookings are essential - for further information visit
8. Murray Street Mall - for much needed shopping - you can also head to Hay Street Mall - which is by the London Court entry.

The Most Beautiful Beach In Australia: Yanchep Beach.
Beach
The main Yanchep Lagoon beach (WA 895) extends north from the northern bluff for 300 m. The reef is attached at the southern end, with the beach curving to the east causing the lagoon to widen to the north. While waves are usually low in the lagoon, water rushing over the reef flows northward along the lagoon and out of the deep 50 m wide channel as a permanent rip (Fig. 4.223). Beware of this current if swimming in the channel. The beach is backed by vegetated 15 m high bluffs, a large blufftop car park and kiosk.
Swimming
Yanchep Lagoon is a popular swimming and snorkelling beach. In calm conditions the beach is reasonably safe however; swimmers should swim between the flags and be cautious of the strong current which flows out of the lagoon into deeper water.
Fishing
Beach fishing is a popular activity at Yanchep Lagoon and Yanchep Beach to the north. Fishing is not permitted between the red and yellow flags and spearfishing is prohibited at all times. During the permissible and license season, abalone fishing is also a popular activity for locals and visitors to Yanchep Lagoon and Fisherman’s Hollow to the south. When abalone fishing ensure you wear appropriate clothing, check the conditions on the day and swim with a friend. Although Yanchep Lagoon may appear safe, be aware of strong currents and waves washing over the reef when collecting abalone.

KINGS PARK | PERTH | WESTERN AUSTRALIA ????????
Kings Park is one of Western Australia’s most famous must-see places to visit which overlooks the City of Perth.
Kings Park is a 4.06-square-kilometre (1,003-acre) park located on the western edge of the central business district in Perth, Western Australia. The park is a mixture of grassed parkland, botanical gardens and natural bushland on Mount Eliza with two-thirds of the grounds conserved as native bushland. With panoramic views of the Swan River and Darling Range, it is home to over 324 native plant varieties, 215 known indigenous fungi species and 80 bird species. It overlooks the city as well as Perth Water and Melville Water on the Swan River.
It is the most popular visitor destination in Western Australia, being visited by over five million people each year.
Besides tourist facilities Kings Park contains the State War Memorial, the Royal Kings Park Tennis club and a reservoir. The streets are tree lined with individual plaques dedicated by family members to Western Australian service men and women who died in World War I and World War II.
Kings Park is only a short distance from the Perth CBD and getting there is very easy. Transport options include cars, public buses, bus tours, cycling & walking.
I personally recommend taking the Transperth bus route 935, which travels from St Georges Terrace right into the heart of Kings Park or take a lovely walk from the city. Simply stroll up St Georges Terrace in a westerly direction (St Georges Terrace becomes Malcolm Street) and turn left at the roundabout into Kings Park. You will find yourself right at the spot for the best views overlooking the city.
