► WHO AM I?

I am a Brazilian-American journalist living in Florida. After traveling the world working with sports, news, and events for over 15 years, I realized that what I really love is the travel part of it all. So I exchanged life in the newsrooms and stadiums for the daily challenge of being an independent content producer. I created this channel to share the beauties of the world... stuff that for so long I only kept to myself. Also to help people planning similar trips and to inspire more people to venture out and enjoy life!

P.S.: The funny guy who appears in the vlogs is my husband, Gordon. He is Canadian-American and he's actually camera-shy, that's why he's behind the camera most of the time ????

Let's Walk Around CULIACÁN, SINALOA | 4K WALKING TOUR | Raw and Unedited | MEXICO TRAVEL 2021

CULIACÁN, SINALOA , MEXICO - Hi everyone! This video from Culiacán, Sinaloa is part of my Let's Walk Around playlist - basically, we just walk around an area of city for 10 minutes in a completely raw and unedited fashion! No editing, no wind removal, nothing. It's something a bit different for those of you who simply want to take a look around a city. It's also a 4k walking tour!

Is Mexico safe? You can see I'm able to walk around Culiacan Centro with a camera and have no problems!

If you're thinking about moving to Mexico or becoming one of the increasing number of expats in Mexico, your choices aren't limited to popular areas like Guanajuato, San Miguel de Allende, Cancun or Puerto Vallarta. You might even be looking for off the beaten track Mexico. You might ask the questions, Is Mexico Safe? or, Is Mexico dangerous. Sinaloa is a state that, granted, you'll need to be able to speak Spanish in, but the city and state has so much to offer, just as much as those other places!

Thank you to the following Patrons and YouTube Channel Members. Your continued support helps me produce new videos!

Crossing the US/Mexico border on foot - day trip to TIJUANA

Tijuana, Mexico is the most visited border city in the world, and in this video, you'll follow our journey crossing the US/Mexico border on foot twice (going to Tijuana in the morning and returning to San Diego, USA in the afternoon). We went through the San Ysidro port of entry, which is the busiest in the western hemisphere. You'll also see how we spent the day in Tijuana walking across Zona Centro (the historical downtown) and eating delicious Mexican food.

CHIHUAHUA, MEXICO | The CLEANEST City in Mexico? | What Filming a MEXICO TRAVEL Video is REALLY LIKE

CHIHUAHUA, MEXICO - Is this the CLEANEST city in Mexico? Welcome back to another Mexico Travel 2021 video! This is part 13 of my 2021 Mexico series coming from Chihuahua in northern Mexico!

In the last video I had a nightmare. An awful pizza which everyone recommended, 35km of walking, Mennonite communities with seemingly not a human in sight and an unintentional overnight stay in Cuauhtemoc. This time we are going with the flow. We’re having a leisurely stroll around Chihuahua Centro, checking out some of the things to do in Chihuahua with various spots with history relating to Miguel Hidalgo such as the Palacio Federal or Casa Chihuahua, the Templo el Francisco Asis, the government place, plus Quinta Gameros (closed) and the bizarre mannequin at a bridal shop which is said to be an embalmed corpse! (not on display). We also have hamburguesas al carbon and elotes (also esquites when it's on the cob!), great examples of affordable mexican street food!

The main gist of this video is chilling out and how I have got around my youtube burnout issues recently. Recommendations are great but they don’t necessarily translate into filming a YouTube video. These two things are completely different!

MUSIC - (Epidemic Sound)
“Backdrop” - 91nova (intro & angel)
“Dragon Punch” - 91nova (centro)
“Below Horizon” - Luwaks (catedral and onwards)

TIMESTAMPS -
00:00 - Intro
01:41 - A Walk Around Chihuahua/Miguel Hidalgo
06:48 - Artwork and YouTube Difficulties
08:26 - Cathedral and Corpse Mannequin
10:55 - Quinta Gameros
12:01 - Chihuahua Impressions & Elotes
13:26 - The Meltdown
18:55 - The Burnout Burger

The #1 beach in Mexico! ???? ISLA MUJERES

Isla Mujeres is a lovely island off the coast of Cancun in Mexico, and here you can visit the beach voted the best in Mexico by Trip Advisor's readers. It's called Playa Norte, and although we haven't been to all beaches in Mexico, we fully agree. This is also our favorite now. ????

In this travel vlog, we go for a tour around the island in a golf cart. You also see Punta Sur, Playa Centro, downtown, and the boat trip between Cancun and Isla Mujeres.

Playa Del Carmen Mexico Travel (THE BEST DAY)

Looking for things to do in Playa del Carmen Mexico 2021? Well, you've come to the right place! In this travel vlog we take you out on a day in Playa del Carmen you won’t want to miss!

Just 40 minutes south of Cancun, Playa del Carmen sits directly in the middle of the Riveria Maya. Because of its central location it serves as a great base for your next Quintana Roo vacation. I did a ton of research on what to do in Playa del Carmen and it seemed like everything was pointing us out of town, like take a day trip to Cozumel or down to Tulum - but I wanted to know what to do here, in downtown Playa! So come with us as we hit the streets, explore and find the top things to do in Playa del Carmen.

In this travel vlog we will be exploring the famous Quinta Avenida, aka 5th ave in Playa del Carmen, as well as hitting the beach - a pool, and maybe… maybe even eating in a 10,00 year old cave + LOTS MORE! Let’s experience the world together!

As night rolled in, we ate some late night tacos like tacos de tripa, tacos de lengua, and tacos de sesos. These tacos were a must on this Mexico food tour. We finished up our ultimate taco tour of Mexico City trying the most popular taco in Mexico City, pastor. Eating only Mexican street food tacos for 24 hours in CDMX was one of the highlights of our time in Mexico City!

We hope you enjoy our ultimate taco tour of Mexico City, eating only Mexican street food tacos for 24 hours in CDMX. Tacos are truly the ultimate street food of Mexico City. Stay tuned next week for more street food adventures!

This is Mexico City!? Here's why Condesa, Roma Norte and Juarez will surprise you

La Condesa and Roma Norte are among Mexico City's most charming neighborhoods. Here you find a lot of parks, historical constructions, nice cafes and restaurants. And in Juarez are 2 of the most sought-after places for Instagram pictures in CDMX: the Wings of Mexico and the Angel of Independence.

After starting with chilaquiles, a typical Mexican breakfast sandwich, we spent the whole day walking from La Condesa to Juarez via Roma Norte in hopes of burning some calories.

Italy's best kept secret, Abruzzo

I wanted to show you a special place in my heart in Italy, that not many tourists from North America let alone anywhere really venture off to, the region of Abruzzo. The region of Abruzzo is truly undiscovered and I hope this video sheds some light on it as it really deserves to get far more recognition as a place to visit in Italy.

This film will show you the many incredible things about the region of Abruzzo, from the incredible local delicacies like Arrosticini, a staple of the region, to trying some good albeit very strange food on a Trabboci on the coast of the Adriatic and tasting some of the local Montepulciano wines.

Called the green lung of Italy, most of Abruzzo is covered in National Parks and they are some of the most incredible you will ever see! Besides exploring the many national parks at your disposal, another one of my favourite things to do in Abruzzo is explore the many mediavel villages, with such untouched beauty that you feel as though you've stepped back in time.

I hope that you enjoy this video and make sure to LIKE the video, it really does make a huge difference and SUBSCRIBE!

We Are Palm Springs - Tac / Quila

One weekend Liz and I took a short break from life as lawyers and decided to dream a little. We brainstormed, reminisced, reflected and projected, all with a goal of discovering where our dreams intersected. It was clear after a while that our life change would involve hospitality. We love people and their stories, and nothing brings people together like a great meal in a memorable setting. Our first restaurant [ad]venture was FARM, also located in downtown Palm Springs. FARM allowed us to bring our love of the French countryside to a charming little courtyard, chock full of flowers and tucked away from the hustle and bustle. We love everything that has become FARM, but there was more to be said.
