Angat is a First Class Municipality and located in the 3rd District of the Province of Bulacan. It comprises of 16 Barangays with total land area of 6,526 hectares. The Total Population of Angat is 59,237 with Total Households of 12,944.
The town of Angat is noted for its legendary origin. It is believed that Angat got its name from the Tagalog word “Angat” which means an elevated piece of land or a community living in prominence during the Spanish era.

Don't get us wrong, the pink beach of Sta. Cruz was beautiful but we wanted to see what else there was to it. So, we explored THE OTHER SIDE OF PHILIPPINES PINK BEACH and we're so glad we did. Let's just say it turned out to be the best part part of Sta. Cruz Island for us both ❤️.
In this vlog our time in Zamboanga City has come to an end. After a busy 7 days of travel throughout the peninsula we are headed back home (Cebu City!) but we wanted to end our time in this incredible city on a high note and take you all with us. Actually, the entire trip was a high note but we wanted to leave you all knowing exactly how we felt and exactly why we WILL be coming back very soon ❤️

The Abong-abong(Mt.pulong bato)
Just a point of view
This landmark is close to the heart of christians during holy week. This is the place where thousands of people visit the holy cross near the top of Mt. Columbato. On the way to the top about 50 to 75 meters apart are the 14 stations of the cross where the faithful can pray or rest. What happen to Jesus Christ? Maybe its quite tiredly to get on top but when you made it you will feel relieved because the breeze that touches your skin is refreshing and it relief your feelings. The Abong-abong is located few kilometers from the city at Barangay Pasonanca, Mount Pulong Bato is a monolith. According to Philippine Institute of Volcanology and seismology (PHIVOLCS) Mt.Pulong Bato is a dormant volcano which is unknown to the most people around it. Unlike other mountains mount Pulong Bato is made from solid rock and that's why Mt.Pulong Bato is unique than other mountains in Zamboanga and in the Philippines. So why don't you visit and make your moments here.
