River Yala is one of the many inlets of Lake Victoria and has a flow rate of about 27.4 cubic meters per second. It is home to crocodiles along its flow bed. as it flow into lake victoria, it meats a relatively flat ground, where it forms a lake like feature as it joins while generating huge undercurrents in the lake

KAKAMEGA FOREST NATIONAL RESERVE & CHE'S BAY RESORT
This was one special Overland Trucking & Camping Experience.
An epic Overland Journey across the Western Region of Kenya.
Discovering The Kakamega Forest, one of the last remaining natural forests a remnant of the Rain Forest of Central Africa, Kakamega Forest is a biodiversity marvel, hosting many flora and fauna species some only endemic to the forest.
Later we drove to the Port Victoria Region of Busia County to the Breezy and Pristine Shores of Lake Victoria at Che's Bay.
Indeed Che's Bay is a hidden gem of Lake Victoria, tucked behind the towering Mwita Fubu Hill, it's breeze is indeed therapeutic, it's clean beach Soo alluring and the resort is a perfect host away from the usual.
What a wonderful weekend it was exploring the Western Region of Kenya.
