In February 2020, I had the awesome opportunity to travel to Isla de Margarita, Venezuela. In the first week, we went to Playa Parguito, Playa Yaque and Playa Juventud. We also did a road trip around the island to Basilica de Nuestra Senora de La Valle as well as Juangriendo and Fortin de la Galera. My primery purpose for visiting venezeula was to meet my boyfriends family, although I am American, I traveled on my Polish passport to enter the country.

From Madrid to Caracas in 10,5 hours. A trip that I wanted to do for so long. And it starts in the Capital of Venezuela - in Caracas.
In this video I am talking about my first impressions of the country and I will talk a bit about the recent history of Venezuela to make you understand where negative comments about the country might be coming from. I have heard it all. From It's not safe to It's impossible to travel in that country. But guess what: Nothing ever happened to me and I did travel through that country! Don't get me wrong. In general you should be careful in Latin American countries. Walking around with your brand new iPhone in your hand might not always be the best idea... But the big majority of the people are extremely kind, open-minded and curious about tourists and they will welcome you with the biggest smile ever!
Make sure to talk to locals, as they will be able to tell you where to go and what areas to avoid.
While this first video will talk a lot about how Venezuela works, its history and a few things that simply work differently in Venezuela, the next videos will be more about the culture and the country with its beautiful and unique nature. Playa El Agua, une plage populaire pour ses vagues propices au surf et au bodyboard. Ensuite, nous découvrirons Playa Parguito, qui offre également de bonnes conditions de surf, ainsi que des restaurants de fruits de mer frais.
El Yaque, quant à elle, est une plage située sur la petite île de Margarita, connue pour être l'un des meilleurs spots de kitesurf des Caraïbes. Nos Fuimos al estado Nueva Esparta en Venezuela, les traemos varios vídeos de esta aventura pero en este le contamos como nos pareció la Isla de Margarita y las opciones de Hospedaje, transporte, centros comerciales, y como vimos esta parte de Venezuela luego de 10 años o más de haberla visitado.
