➡ This is the first episode of our new series Favorite Lisbon Neighborhoods, where we explore the areas of Lisbon we have come to love and appreciate the most.
We start out in Campo de Ourique, which is an underrated neighborhood that most tourists of Lisbon aren't familiar with. Campo de Ourique is a pretty small neighborhood with a grid floor plan that makes finding your way around very easy.
The area is filled with vast amounts of restaurants and bars where you can have cuisine from whatever corner of the world, you wish.
One of the things we like the most about Campo de Ourique is the tranquility and relaxed atmosphere. You cannot walk around without feeling at ease.
Campo de Ourique is best described as a wonderful place for food lovers. And that's also why you have the Mercado de Campo de Ourique, which, in our opinion, is better than Time Out as it's more intimate and authentic with food tasting a little better.

A cidade de Ponte de Sor está situada no centro de tudo: encontra-se na transição entre o norte e o sul de Portugal, bem como na metade do caminho entre o litoral e o interior. Por isso, o destino está próximo a outras cidades importantes do Alentejo como Évora e Portalegre, e também da capital Lisboa.
O rio Sor divide a cidade e também dá nome a ela. Às suas margens, o parque ribeirinho convida para um passeio em qualquer momento do dia. Em um dia comum, você pode sentar em um dos bancos para admirar o rio e as árvores que cercam o lugar, ou tomar um café em uma das opções do lugar. ???????? Visita ao Airbus A320 da SATA Azores Airlines com o registo CS-TKP durante o Portugal Air Summit 2022. A aterragem desta aeronave foi a primeira do tipo no Aeródromo Municipal de Ponte de Sor, localizado no Alto Alentejo em Portugal. O avião permaneceu cerca de 24 horas no aeródromo no decorrer do evento, permitindo visitas por parte de alguns dos participantes no Portugal Air Summit 2022.

???????? Visit to the Airbus A320 of SATA Azores Airlines with the registration CS-TKP during the Portugal Air Summit 2022. The landing of this aircraft was the first of its type at the Municipal Aerodrome of Ponte de Sor, located in Alto Alentejo in Portugal. The plane remained at the airfield for about 24 hours during the event, allowing visits by some of the participants at the Portugal Air Summit 2022.

Sevenair Group - Novo Hangar em Ponte de Sor BY: A Ponte TV
Reportagem sobre a inauguração do nosso novo hangar em Ponte de Sor. Fonte Original - (Jornal a Ponte).
Esta é a primeira fase de um investimento na ordem dos 7,4 milhões de euros para sediar ali serviços de manutenção e cursos de pilotagem e de técnicos de manutenção de aviões.
A Sevenair já tinha investido 3,5 milhões e meio de euros entre 2017 e 2019 no projeto da escola de pilotos, boa parte para aquisição de frota, simuladores de voo e outros equipamentos e hoje o grupo tem uma frota com 50 aeronaves.
Até agora instalada no antigo aeródromo de Tires, na zona oeste de Lisboa, onde o ano passado passou a ter mais um hangar, mas a procura e o aumento da oferta de serviços levou à decisão da empresa procurar outro espaço pela necessidade de aumento de capacidade.
Para Alexandre Alves, diretor comercial da Sevenair, o namoro com Ponte de Sor é antigo e o autarca convenceu-nos do potencial daquele espaço, o que nos levou a concorrer ao concurso que a câmara municipal lançou para a concessão do hangar. Agora entramos numa nova fase, vamos instalar os serviços de manutenção de aeronaves e na área da formação, a parte dos técnicos de manutenção de aviões. Não quer dizer que no futuro não possamos levar outras áreas de negócio para ali, mas para já são estas.
Com aeronaves como o Jetstream 32 de 19 lugares, a companhia vai levar para Ponte de Sor cinco dos 50 aparelhos do grupo, numa altura em que vai ter que fazer sair da base militar do Montijo outras duas aeronaves que entretanto adquiriu.
Com a ambição de fazer a cobertura do território nacional também este mês, instalou uma base em Bragança com dois aviões e estuda a expansão da frota, além da base do Algarve, em Portimão, que proporciona experiências de paraquedismo e voos acrobáticos, e de estar à espera do lançamento do concurso da ligação entre Madeira e Porto Santo para apresentar uma candidatura, acreditando que até final do ano terá mais duas operações em novos mercados.
Aliás, 2022 é visto como o ano da expansão internacional, estando a negociar alguns contratos e acordos com governos estrangeiros para trazer alunos de outras nacionalidades para a sua escola.
A prioridade é cativar destinos do norte de África e do sul da Europa por uma questão de proximidade, onde a oferta regional prevalece sobre os serviços de grandes companhias aéreas.
Nesta altura, na área da formação, este grupo privado 100% português tem parcerias no Brasil, na região de São Paulo e estuda expandir para Fortaleza, pela procura crescente, quer de cursos, quer de serviços na região do nordeste brasileiro.
Em Cabo Verde, desenvolveu uma operação de voo de apoio à guarda costeira em missões de interesse público entre ilhas e transportou mais de 400 doentes para os hospitais centrais do país. Com perspetivas de futuras parcerias, deixou em território cabo-verdiano um polo da sua escola de formação atualmente com 20 alunos.

???????? Walk-around ao Airbus A320 da SATA Azores Airlines com o registo CS-TKP durante o Portugal Air Summit 2022. A aterragem desta aeronave foi a primeira do tipo no Aeródromo Municipal de Ponte de Sor, localizado no Alto Alentejo em Portugal. O avião permaneceu cerca de 24 horas no aeródromo no decorrer do evento, permitindo visitas por parte de alguns dos participantes no Portugal Air Summit 2022.

???????? SATA Azores Airlines Airbus A320 with the registration CS-TKP walk-around during the Portugal Air Summit 2022. The landing of this aircraft was the first of its type at the Municipal Aerodrome of Ponte de Sor, located in Alto Alentejo in Portugal. The plane remained at the airfield for about 24 hours during the event, allowing visits by some of the participants at the Portugal Air Summit 2022.

A ponte Luís I uma obra-prima do século XIX, projetada pelo visionário belga Théophile Seyrig é hoje classificada como Patrimônio da Humanidade pela Unesco.
Do tabuleiro superior, reservado para composições da linha D do Metro do Porto e pedestres, aprecie o panorama em constante mudança. De um lado, a foz do rio Douro e a Ponte da Arrábida; do outro, as distintas silhuetas da cidade que se apresentam: a Ponte Infante Dom Henrique, a Ponte Dona Maria Pia, a Ponte de São João e a Ponte do Freixo.
A experiência culmina em um espetáculo divino, o pôr do sol na foz do rio Douro. O céu se pinta de cores vibrantes enquanto a luz do dia cede lugar à noite, criando um cenário de tirar o fôlego, que leva milhares de pessoas a contemplar essa maravilha no Jardim do Morro.
???? Curiosidade sobre o verdadeiro nome da ponte:
Na inauguração do tabuleiro superior, a 31 de outubro de 1886, não estiveram presentes nem o projetor Seyrig, nem o rei D. Luís. A ausência real levou à criação de uma lenda em relação ao verdadeiro nome da ponte. Reza esta lenda que a cidade do Porto teria encarado a ausência do rei como uma afronta, decidindo alterar o nome oficial da obra de arte, de ponte D. Luís I para simplesmente ponte Luís I.
