I went into town to see Piliscsaba.

On the way to Esztergom from Budapest, there are several amazing places to explore and are a good fit for Hiking and nature trail. But these are not promoted by Hungarian Tourism Agency -WOW Hungary on their portal but in future, if you are ever visiting Hungary, From Budapest these places - pilisvörösvár, piliscsaba, Vörösvárbánya are just 30 min Train ride and worth visiting to experience the Villages of Hungary (Kind of). Trains are at regular interval of 30 minutes and tickets are less than 2 euros. or less.
I can give several reasons to visit this place but above all is Villages are in the lap of mountains from all corner.
Hoping my Drone views will give you the inspiration to Hope on the next train to these destinations.

Being green and sensitive for others is a way of life. And not only for grasshoppers (and eco-freaks). With us you can have the green spirit and see the world a bit differently than you do in your everyday life while exploring the most beautiful sights of Central Europe. If you are up to being greener and you want to cross the heart of Europe, come on, let us be your guide on the ECOmino!
Let's see how you can do more about the environment easily and see the life of those who are not as lucky as we are. Our trip will start in Romania. In Cluj Napoca we are going to have environmental workshops, city tour, hiking, and treasure hunt. The next destination is Hungary. Accommodation is going to be in a pretty inn of Piliscsaba, a university town in the Pilis Mountains. But you will also see beautiful Budapest and be guided there partly by homeless people.
During the invisible exhibition you can see the world with the eyes of the blind. After saying goodbye to Hungary we are heading to Poland. First stop is Krakow where you will see the global village and experience how the poorest live their lives. We will go to the mountains and have mysterious night tours but also there will be games, such as the ultimate survivor... As an optional program Auschwitz museum can be visited.
Needless to say that we will have time to celebrate all our achievements at hot Central European parties until you really see the world green. Cheile Turzii, Cluj Napoca, Piliscsaba, Dorog, Budapest, Gliwice, Krakow, Wisła, Katowic are waiting for you to discover them through this unique mission!!!

The Visegrád Mountains are a mountain range of volcanic origin rising above the Danube Bend in Hungary. This Mountains are the direct northern neighbor of the Pilis Mountains. This time I was hiking in the mountains near Esztergom.
