If you are looking for a different route to walk next, this video will help you choose, plan, prepare and walk the Camino de Santiago in Slovakia. This stage is 30 km long and has over 600 m elevation. It will take you around 8 hours to walk it at a comfortable pace. The video shows you a short description of the route, sites of interest, stamps to your credencial and sources of water on the way. PEZINOK-MARIANKA: 3rd stage of the Trnava-Bratislava section of the WAY OF SAINT JAMES IN SLOVAKIA.
In this video you can find all the relevant information you need to know to plan and walk this part of the Camino de Santiago in Slovakia. This stage starts in Pezinok and goes through Limbach, Svätý Jur, Biely Kameň castle and Biely Kríž before arriving in Marianka, the oldest pilgrimage site in Slovakia and the first pilgrimage site dedicated to Virgin Mary in the area of the former Hungarian Kingdom. Marianka and Levoča are the top pilgrimage sites along the Way of Saint James in Slovakia.
In Svätý Jur you will find the first Slovak albergue for Camino pilgrims, where you can get another stamp to your Credencial.

In this video you can find all the relevant information you need to know to plan and walk this part of the Camino de Santiago in Slovakia. This stage starts in Marianka, one of Slovakia's major shrines, and goes through the Little Carpathians to Bratislava, the country's capital. The first 10 km go through amazing woods. The last 5 km go through Bratislava itself, but still among plenty of greenery. The amount of religious, cultural and historical sites of interest Bratislava has to offer make it worth staying a couple of days before going back home or continuing onto the Austrian Jakobsweg. In Bratislava you will also find plenty of accommodation and catering options.
You can get up to 4 stamps in the city: at the Calvary, at Hummel museum on Klobučnícka street 2, at St Martin's cathedral, and at Joja Bodyfit Štúdio, where you can have 10% off for a well deserved massage.
