Melbourne Metro’s last suburban diesel service | The Stony Point line
Find out what it's like to travel on the last remaining diesel still operating on Melbourne's suburban rail network. The Stony Point line is a shuttle service linking Frankston and Stony Point with many stops on the route down the Mornington Peninsula.
First we'll need to catch an electric train from Flinders Street Station to Frankston and will make a brief stop to explore one of Melbourne's few remaining intersections where train and tram lines cross - the Glenhuntly Tram Square. The tram square is being removed as part of Melbourne's level crossing removal project.

Melbourne State Route 10: Dandenong to Black Rock (Real Time Driving 4K)
State Route 10 is a nice, easy drive on a beautiful sunny day, that travels in a fairly straight line from the shopping centre district of Dandenong, through the semi rural, industrial suburb of Keysborough before finishing in the straight manicured roads of Beaumaris and Black Rock on the shores of Port Phillip Bay. It is fascinating to watch the variety of Melbourne change and move as the video heads west.

Mordialloc is a lovely seaside town along the Port Philip Bay halfway between Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula.
If you like scenic drives, this route is the one to take travelling to and from Melbourne to the Mornington Peninsula.
There is a very diverse shopping strip, boats, cafes a Pier and the famous Mordy Pub on the corner for a meal to enjoy.
Be sure to stop by and have a break on your journey, take a walk to the pier from the car park and stretch your legs.

Another cold, wet Melbourne day on State Route 15. From the appropriately named Surrey Hills, it is a straight (up and down) beeline for the coast in Parkdale, taking in some new suburbs and some old intersections, through treelined streets and shopping districts.
Keep an eye out for cards in the top right when I pass routes previously covered in other videos.

Driving around the beautiful Lyndhurst Suburb | VIC | Australia
Lyndhurst is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 36 km south-east from Melbourne's central business district. Its local government area is both the City of Casey and the city of Greater Dandenong.
Lyndhurst Post Office opened on 1 January 1867 and closed in 1976.[2]
After the Bracks government's decisions to abandon plans for a toxic waste dump near Mildura, the continued use of the existing Lyndhurst facility was part of the replacement plan.[3]
The Casey side of Lyndhurst lies inside the Urban Growth Boundary, and the development phase is almost complete. The Greater Dandenong side (to the west of the Western Port Highway) is outside the Urban Growth Boundary and is semi rural, and forms part of the South Eastern green wedge.
