今天去班台很出名的美食中心吃晚餐
这里聚集了许多道地人吃的晚餐
尤其是这里很出名的【烧海鲜】和【鸭粥】
也是这里独有的美食
海鲜很新鲜，吃进嘴里就可以感受到海鲜的鲜甜味
鸭粥用的烧鸭是用碳烤的
In the previous episode, we experienced breakfast in the Malaysian town of Pantai. The most famous breakfast dish there is seafood curry noodles.
For dinner, there are also unique seafood dishes. Today, we went to the famous food court in Pantai Remis to have dinner. It's a gathering place for many locals to have dinner, especially known for its grilled seafood and duck congee, which are unique delicacies here.
The seafood is very fresh, and when you take a bite, you can immediately taste the freshness and sweetness of the seafood. The duck congee is made with charcoal-grilled duck.

The Pantai Remis landslide
The Pantai Remis landslide occurred on 21 October 1993, near Pantai Remis in Perak, Malaysia. The landslide took place in an abandoned open cast tin mine close to the coast. This area of Malaysia is well known for its tin mining industry.[1] Video footage shows the rapid collapse of the working face closest the sea, allowing complete flooding of the mine and forming a new cove measuring approximately 0.5 by 0.5km

Pantai Jeram & Pantai Remis （而揽海滩 & 班台海滩）位于雪兰莪州，瓜拉雪兰莪的边界，距离巴生与瓜雪市区大约25km。这里海旁景色优美宁静，非常适合观赏日落与聆听海浪声的地方；由于海滩多为泥潭和贝壳，导致海滩不适合嬉水。
而揽海滩和班台的长度海滩大约有5公里，而两地相隔只有仅仅的5分钟车程；班台海滩的人潮比较盛旺，而且游乐设施也比较多，除了停车场，小孩游乐场，也有付费的小动物园与鱼类养殖场，可让家庭游客参观游乐，玩累了还有美食中心可以让游客们歇脚与充饥。相比而揽海滩就比较宁静与旷野，不时会散发出一种原始美。
这里海旁会有好几间烧烤餐馆和海产摊档；由于这里盛产海贝类，老饕们不妨到这里试试海鲜烧烤，或买点海贝回家烹调享用。
