WELCOME TO BICOL! ???????? First Day In NAGA CITY
Welcome to Naga City! We made it to the rarely visited Bicol region of the Philippines ????????
This video is pretty much our first Impressions of Naga City - a place that people told us not to visit with nothing to do.
We had some local Filipino breakfast before heading to Naga City center where we checked out the beautiful Naga cathedral and wandered the small town streets. We had some classic Filipino Street foods and met loads of proper nice locals.
We then got a tricycle back to our local area where we grabbed a halo halo for only 20 pesos!
In the evening we got a tricycle back to Naga City center to check out a night market, there wasn't much going on but we discovered The Philippines greatest used clothes market.
We rounded the day off with some super cheap street food.
On first Impressions Naga City is a really nice place, super chilled out, tasty food, loads of friendly people everywhere. Excited for the next few weeks exploring the Bicol region of The Philippines ????????

Roi Et (ร้อยเอ็ด) is a town in north-eastern Thailand lies on a flat plain about 150 metres (490 ft) above sea level.Roi Et is capital of Roi Et province.Roi Et As of 2017 it had a population of 35,671. Roi Et is 514 km from Bangkok, and is served by Roi Et Airport.
Roi Et town has been a major settlement for more than 300 years. In ancient times It was once called 'Saket Nakhon' and referred to as a large city with 11 gates and 11 vassal cities, but in modern-day terms it would be classed as a middle sized market town.
Roi Et has many tourist attractions to visit such as Bueng Phalan Chai, Roi Et Tower and many temples.
Get around by Walk, Take a Samlor (tricycle) for normally 20-50 baht or rent a motorbike for 300 baht per day.

Don't Go To Chiang Mai... Without First Seeing This Famous Temple ????????
In Today's video Sai and I, just off the flight from Ubon Ratchathani explore the city of Chiang Mai before heading out of town to the mountainside village of Pai in the north of Thailand.
Before we left town we made the trip to see the famous Wat Phra That Doi Suthep on the top of the mountain overlooking the city. It is very common in the Thai culture for people to visit such tempes to tum boon (ทำบุญ) which means to make merit or to give honor.
It is a very important part of the Buddhist religion and culture and what a better place to do just this at such a beautiful and picturesque temple. Join us in the next video as we go through the winding roads up through the mountains of Chiang Mai and Mae Hong Son provinces enroute to Pai and later on, the Chinese village of Baan Rak Thai :)
