Chcemy (tak jak na blogu) w naszych vlogach i filmach pokazywać nieco ambitniejsze podejście do podróżowania: łączyć ciekawostki podróżnicze, geograficzne, historyczne z informacjami praktycznymi. Bikepacking Czech Republic - DAY 14 - Otrokovice to Ostrava
On our 14th and final day of Bikepacking across the Czech Republic, we leave Otrokovice and ride to Zlín to visit the famous Bat'a Company Head Quarters and an interesting office inside an elevator. Then we grab a transfer to visit try on hats in Nový Jičín and eat ears in Štramberk, before arriving in Příbor to ride to our endpoint of Ostrava.

Příbor - is a town in the Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 8,800 inhabitants (as of 2004).
It is located in northeastern Moravia, surrounded by the foothills of the Moravian-Silesian Beskids.
Vriburch in the Margraviate of Moravia was first mentioned in a 1251 deed, issued by the Přemyslid margrave Ottokar II. The estates passed to the Bishops of Olomouc in the 14th century. Saint John Sarkander attended the local parish school from 1589; in 1694 a Piarist gymnasium was established, whereafter Příbor developed to a centre of education.
The town is notable as the birthplace, on 6 May 1856, of Sigmund Freud, the founder of psychoanalysis, and there is a museum at his family home.

Bělostná věž s cibulovitým zakončením prozrazuje farní kostel Narození Panny Marie. Chrám vznikl patrně již ve 14. století jako pozdně gotická trojlodní stavba s odsazeným presbytářem, boční kaple přibyly o tři sta let později.

In this video I visit a pub with the intention to order a typical Czech meal which is called “Svíčková na smetaně” which is a traditional Czech meal served with meat and sauce on the side also knedlík which it is also one of the most popular meals in Czech Republic. It is served as tender sirloin steak prepared with vegetables, spiced with black pepper, allspice, bay leaf and thyme, and boiled with double cream and cranberry sauce It is generally served with houskové knedlík. I really enjoyed this meal and it was a great atmosphere, I also ordered a couple beers and Slivovice at this pub.

Vysehrad can be described as a small town up on the hill, containing cemetery, basilica, cafe and some other buildings as well. After enjoying the sunset & beautiful twilight on Prague, I visited neo-gothic Basilica of St. Peter & St. Paul, where I could not believe my eyes at the romantic decorations all around the basilica. Paintings covering ceiling, wall and pillars were drawn in Alfons Mucha's romantic & Art Nouveau style, so it felt like a fairytale!

We visited Tyrol and attended The Social Travel Summit as part of a project managed by iambassador in partnership with the Tirol Tourist Board, Austrian Tourism Board and Alpbachtal Seenland.
Visit Austria (Tirol) - Tyrol Travel Guide to Alpbachtal Video Transcript:
Today we’re showing you around one of the most picturesque corners in all of Austria: the Alpbachtal Valley located in Tyrol. This was our first time visiting Austria and I don’t think we could have chosen a better place to start. While we only had 3 days in this region, we managed to pack lots of time in the mountains, sample the local cuisine and befriend more than one cow along the way. The following is our mini-travel guide to Alpbachtal:
After getting settled into our farmhouse it was time for lunch and boy were we hungry. We drove to Brandenberg where we ate at Kaiserhaus, a restaurant and guesthouse tucked out in nature.
Tyrolean Food at Kaiserhaus Gasthof - Seeing as this was our first day in Tyrol, we wanted to sample some Tyrolean food including gamey meats and noodle dishes.
Hiking the Kaiserklamm - This was a really nice walk that followed the course of the river and took us over a series of bridges and tunnels. We sure enjoyed the scenery.
After that we returned back to our town of Reith im Alpbachtal, where we had some more hearty Tyrolean food and listened to a bit of live music.
On day 2, we lucked out with clear blue skies, so after having breakfast in our farmhouse, we drove to the town of Alpbach. Here we got quick e-biking lesson, and set off to tackle the Alps in style.
It wasn’t long before we left the town behind and found ourselves in the middle of nature. We rode up valleys, over streams, through forests, and tackled some pretty steep inclines along the way, but as you can see, the scenery was stunning.
We drove to the nearby village of Kramsach, where we stopped off for - you guessed it - more food! We were famished after all that biking, and we didn’t hold back. We plopped ourselves down at Rohrerhof, where we proceeded to order cappuccinos, massive dessert platters and schnapps. The next attraction: the Tyrolean Farmhouse Museum,
Gondola ride to Wiedersbergerhorn - After a leisurely walk and enjoying the impressive views, something else caught our attention - a mountaintop restaurant with an outdoor terrace!
Almatrieb Cows Come Home Parade - By noon, the festivities were in full swing. But it wasn’t all about cows. There were also craft demonstrations, food stalls, and lots of bands playing for jovial crowds who created their own dance floors.
That sums up our trip to the Alpbachtal Valley in Tyrol - cows, mountains and a whole bunch of delicious food. See you next time in Vienna (Wien).

Eating Amazing Traditional Czech Food On a Holy Hill ????????
I have been told that Czech Republic is the most atheists country in the world for people not believing in God. In this video we go on a holy adventure to a place called Svatý Hostýn on the search for the answer: Why are Czechs the most atheists people in the world? Svatý Hostýn is one of the most famous Holy places in Czech. It is an important Marian place of pilgrimage. The pilgrimage comes from a legend that describes a miracle made by the Virgin Mary of how she appeared on the top of the hill, send the storm and lightening to burn nearby camp of war enemies. This place has history also known to be a place where religious people visit to worship God and see the journey of his life. While I was there I visited the restaurant for traditional Czech food and went to the markets. I came across the pastor and other people who gave me their opinion why they think the Czech people are atheist.
