First, I’d like to thank to @adamnochez for explaining culture of this country so kindly.
We were on a car heading to cafe to do an interview to me on his channel, then he asked me if I've ever been to Olocuilta.
I've never been there, and it was on the way to the cafe, so we decided to stop by.
Without him, I might have accidently skipped this MUST DO spot!
This place is really somewhere I should visit as so as all tourist who would like to know more of El Salvadorian culture.
These pupusas I ate here could be one of the most tastest pupusas I have eaten so far!

■What is the LARGEST PIZZA in the world?
The world's largest pizza as measured by the Guinness Book of World Records had a surface area of 13,580 ft²! It was made in Rome, Italy on December 13th, 2012. The pizza, named Ottavia after the Roman Emperor, was made by Dovilio Nardi, Andrea Mannocchi, Marco Nardi, Matteo Nardi, and Matteo Giannotte from NIPfood. (Wikipedia)

■What is pupusa?
A pupusa is a thick griddle cake or flatbread from El Salvador and Honduras, made with cornmeal or rice flour, similar to the Venezuelan and Colombian arepa. In El Salvador, it has been declared the national dish and has a specific day to celebrate it. It is usually stuffed with one or more ingredients, which may include cheese (such as quesillo or cheese with loroco buds), chicharrón, squash, or refried beans. It is typically accompanied by curtido (a spicy fermented cabbage slaw) and tomato salsa, and is traditionally eaten by hand. (Wikipedia)

Olocuilta is a municipality in the La Paz department of El Salvador, just a few kilometers down the highway from Santo Tomás. This town is well known for rice flour pupusas[1] Since it is on the main highway which connects San Salvador with the airport and the other main highway, which goes along the shore, (carretera litoral), it is a popular spot for pupusas, and there are some pupuserias which are open 24 hours. Of course, in some of the pupuserias, it is possible to get them made with corn flour instead. (Wikipedia)

How to Eat Pupusas the Right Way in El Salvador

No editing software on this trip. Just my phone and Jocelyn holding it. But we wanted to show the right way to eat a Pupusa. It's not a taco or gordita. You rip off a piece and then pinch up some shredded cabbage and salsa.
Pupusas are a traditional salvadorian dish that has two tortillas cooked on a flat top with various fillings inside. Simply fantastic and a must when you visit El Salvador. Go to Oloquilta for probably the best Pupusas in El Salvador.
