???????? SPECTACULAR San Luis POTOSÍ | The Most ICONIC CITY in Mexico? | TRAVEL MEXICO 2022

???????? SAN LUIS POTOSÍ, Mexico - For part 19 of my 2022 Mexico Travel series we’re back in the legendary San Luis Potosí, a city and state I have now visited 4 times. You can check out the playlist of videos below!

FULL SAN LUIS PLAYLIST -

This video is very much a REMAKE, incorporating points from previous videos (particularly for newer viewers, there about 20000 new viewers since I first filmed in SLP). San Luis is the home to Costanzo Chocolates, Enchiladas Potosinas and Huastecas (awesome comida Mexicana - Mexican food!) and the gateway to other spectacular destinations in the state such as Huasteca Potosina, Xilitla, the Edward James Garden, Real de Catorce, and Cerro de San Pedro, all of which I have visited in the past! There are plenty of things to do and places to visit in SLP!

San Luis is absolutely a growing Mexico tourism destination in Mexico. It’s even becoming more popular with expats or those wishing to move to Mexico. In this video we check out a number of the awesome churches and cathedrals, eat Princesas (Costanzos), visit Parque Alameda and more!

Many ask whether Mexico is safe or dangerous and as a result, stick to Guanajuato or San Miguel de Allende. The fact is, SLP is just as beautiful and is absolutely a viable destination! Potosinos and Potosinas are probably some of the proudest people in Mexico and will always welcome you with open arms!

Pedro Pascal: No Good Mexican Food in NYC??

Are you sure about that? Respectfully, here's 5 spots we think are worth a try, and maybe come to the defense of the many Mexicans and Mexican-owned establishments that call NYC home. You can get tacos, chalupas, micheladas, and more, and we think they give Los Angeles a run for its money. Have you hit these places? Drop us a line in the comments.

???????? HERMOSILLO, SONORA | Mexico’s Best DOGOS & Cerro de la CAMPANA in 42c HEAT! | MEXICO TRAVEL 2022

???????? HERMOSILLO, SONORA - Welcome to part number 18 of my 2022 Mexico Travel series! I’ve been in the northern Mexican state of Sonora for a number of weeks, visiting Ciudad Obregón, Cócorit, Esperanza, Guaymas and San Carlos, now arriving in the sweltering desert city of Hermosillo!

The previous video was a 4K walkaround in the central area; this time we go into more detail with some things to do in Hermosillo, such as seeing preparations for Fiesta del Pitic, we climb Cerro de la Campana (Bell Hill), eat some awesome comida mexicana (mexican food) such as DOGOS, Tacos de Pescado in the local market, and more, all in 42c (107F!) and with a pelvis injury!

Hermosillo is another city in northern Mexico which is lesser visited by foreigners, particularly expats, those looking to move to Mexico or those who prefer to visit colonial or beach locations such as Guanajuato, San Miguel de Allende and Cancun. Some may ask the usual ‘is Mexico safe’ or ‘is Mexico dangerous’ questions, but it has a lot to offer!

Top 10 Best Restaurants to Visit in Albuquerque, New Mexico | USA - English

#AlbuquerqueRestaurants #RestaurantsInAlbuquerque #AlbuquerqueFood #FoodInAlbuquerque #Albuquerque
Albuquerque's New Mexico cuisine is as colorful, adventurous, diverse and savory as the city. From simple dishes that have been enjoyed for centuries, to Southwest fusion tastes that have created their own genre, New Mexico’s distinct culinary legacy is known throughout the world. Chile is the foundation for most of New Mexico’s classic dishes. Technically a fruit, this pepper has been cultivated into several varieties to vary heat and size. Green and red chile are made from the same peppers; greens are younger and reds are fully ripe. Green chile tends to be meatier; red chiles are dried, usually in colorful ristras, then crushed into a powder to make the sauce. Which one is hotter? That varies year-to-year, depending on how much water and sun the crops received, and other factors. The main difference is in texture; red tends to have a smokier flavor. A good chile dish shouldn’t set your mouth on fire; it’ll have a zip, but most importantly you should be able to savor its flavor. Can’t decide? Order your meal Christmas–a combination of red and green chile. Classic traditional chile, corn, meat and cheese dishes have been taken to new heights by Albuquerque's fine restaurants. New Mexico ingredients are a playground for our inspired chefs, many of whom have earned James Beard Awards and other honors. Like New Mexico itself, our food invites tastes and styles from all over the world, and recombines them into flavors found only here. When visiting Albuquerque, you owe it to yourself to experience a fine-dining meal, and don’t be afraid to ask questions about it’s origins and inspirations; our passionate chefs love to talk shop.

Nexus Brewery & Restaurant is widely considered to be the best place to go in Albuquerque if you’re looking for craft beer and soul food. The eatery offers are laidback experience to its guests, which falls completely on the opposite end of the spectrum from the fine-dining experience that’s offered up by Antiquity Restaurant. Antiquity Restaurant offers up Southwestern cuisine. Le Troquet is another fancy restaurant, this time offering French cuisine.

Seared Bistro is a meat lover’s paradise, though those averse to partaking in flesh can find solace in the eatery’s non-GMO veggie burger. Sawmill Market is more similar to a farmers’ market than a restaurant, though there are many places within it to get great fresh food. Farm & Table is one of many Albuquerque eateries that focus on offering up a seasonal menu that utilizes fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Meanwhile, Frenchish offers up a more family-friendly alternative to dining at the French Le Troquet.

Finally, Seasons 52 is a vegetable-centric eatery with a name that pays reverence to the number of weeks in the average year. Other restaurants that we’ll examine in this video include High Noon Restaurant & Saloon, Campo at Los Poblanos, Cocina Azul, Mary & Tito’s Café, Duran Central Pharmacy, Debajo Tapas y Vino, Padilla’s Mexican Kitchen, the Artichoke Café. Adventures In Albuquerque, New Mexico- Stomaching Adventure and Food Best Of Albuquerque NM Part 2

After falling in love with Albuquerque I decided to stay longer and to stay in Downtown Albuquerque to see the culinary delights of a Hells Kitchen Chef at Hotel Andaluz's Mas Tapas and Vino restaurant as well as explore the historic Hotel Andaluz one of the first Hilton Hotels that is still apart of their Curio Collection! I fell in love with the hints of decor that is reminiscent of Morocco.

After getting to sit at the Chef's table eating one of the best meals of my life the following day we went to see if we could stomach another adventure climbing high above the Rio Grande in a hot air balloon with Fly Albuquerque.

Finally I ended my time in Albuquerque exploring the Petroglyphs at the Petroglyphs National Monument 15 minutes outside of the city center.
