Despite being a relatively new city, Antiguo Cuscatlán has become a highly visited tourist destination due to its boom in modern infrastructure, malls. Santa Elena is the main neighborhood of Antiguo Cuscatlán. Hotel Santa Elena is the best in my opinion because of the location and the price. It's is still popular but thereutside are others wealthy complexes outside of the city now the main reasons it became so attractive was because houses are big, a lot of privacy, good weather and it was very exlcusive. Now it is not only residential but it has a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and offices.

A visit to San Salvador is an interesting and exciting experience to say the least! The fact is there's a lot going on in not just the city, but the whole country of El Salvador right now. Most of what's going on is a place that's really improving and making bold and new moves. Visiting right now gives you the chance to witness all of that change and progress, and it's exciting to see!
In this video, we're mainly just talking about our first impressions and not pretending to be experts. Rarely does a place give you so many impressions and observations so quickly. The city has a lot of contrasts. From wide open, quiet residential neighborhoods and fancy, large shopping malls to crowded, loud, bustling markets that are like mazes surrounding the city center. The pace and the prices certainly change from one side of town to the other, but the strong Salvadoran culture is just as strong.

We are currently back in the UK and living in our Campervan Trudy as we get ready for season 3. We are going to drive our campervan all the way around the world ! We're going to share all the preparations and life in the van as we get ready to set off in January.

????En esta caminata recorremos la zona de los Centros Comerciales en los alrededores de la Carretera Panamericana, en el tramo que corresponde a Antiguo Cuscatlán y en ruta hacia Santa Tecla, departamento de La Libertad. Puntualmente recorreremos desde el Campus de la Universidad Doctor José Matías Delgado, pasando por el Foro 4 de TCS, Centro de Estilo de Vida La Gran Vía, Centro Comercial SOHO Cascadas y el Centro Comercial Multiplaza Panamericana.
