Cosas que puedes hacer durante el invierno finlandés. Las experiencias que verás en este video incluyeron una visita a Kajaani para continuar luego hacia Kuhmo e iniciar una visita a la salvaje Taiga
Allí estuvimos en las instalaciones del Hotel Kalevala con algunas lecciones de cross country skí. En Suomunsaalmi fuimos introducidos al nuevo parque nacional Hossa y nos quedamos en Jatkinsalmi log cabin. La comida local fue deliciosa e hicimos snowshoeing y fat biking en la nieva para luego proseguir a caminar sobre el lago congelado.
Al regreso la visita al Hossa reindeer park sirvió para conocer de cerca a los renos de la región.

Walk in Helsinki Old Town (Vanhakaupunki in Finnish), May 2021, Finland. The name old town comes from the fact that Helsinki was originally founded in the Vanhakaupunki area at the mouth of river Vantaa by Swedish king Gustav Vasa in 1550. In the 1640s, Helsinki was moved to its current location on the Vironniemi peninsula because of better harbour conditions, to boost the city commerce and Vanhakaupunki was slowly deserted. The area now has a museum of technology and old steam and hydro-electric power stations.

Yyteri is known for its vast sand dunes area and it's a popular destination for recreational activities such as golf, horse riding, beach volleyball and surfing. The beach in Yyteri is one of the longest in all of Nordic countries stretching for about 6 kilometers.

The first paddling trip with the new Anfibio Rebel 2K -packraft. I paddled from Pomarkku via Pomarkunjoki, Isojärvi, Salmusoja, Poosjärvi to the beginnings of Poosjoki where I overnighted in the forest.

Russian Art Center in Kotka - Venäläisen taiteen keskus - toimi Kotkan Sunilassa Asuntohotelli Aallon Majan alakerrassa. Aalto Theater in Essen
The Aalto Theatre (in German officially Aalto-Musiktheater Essen) is an opera house and major performing arts venue in Essen, Germany. It was opened on 25 September 1988 with Richard Wagner's opera Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg. The building is mainly used for opera and ballet performances; it also serves for concerts and gala events. The design by the Finnish architect Alvar Aalto was the unanimous winner in a competition in 1959, but the building was begun only in 1983, seven years after Aalto's death. A feature of the auditorium's design is its asymmetrical layout and the indigo blue colour of the seats.
The artistic director (Intendant) and music director (Generalmusikdirektor) from 1997 until 2013 was Stefan Soltesz (de). He was succeeded by Hein Mulders (de). Following a survey of 50 critics in 2008, the magazine Opernwelt declared the Aalto Theatre to be the best opera house in the German-speaking countries and awarded the title Opera House of the Year 2008.
