Ihr Lieben, da ich momentan zeitlich sehr eingespannt bin fiel diese Tour etwas kleiner aus. Aber trotz allem war es eine schöne kleine Runde durch den #Ordenswald bei #Neustadt an der Weinstraße. Auch einen #LostPlace haben wir entdeckt, einen alten Schießstand. Ich verlinke euch die Infos wie immer ganz unten. Ich hoffe bald steht wieder mehr Zeit zur Verfügung, denn ich habe noch ganz viel auf meiner Liste stehen. Viel Spaß Freunde :)
Dear ones, since I'm very busy at the moment, this tour was a little shorter. But despite everything, it was a nice little round through the Ordenswald near Neustadt an der Weinstrasse. In 7 Tagen mit dem Hausboot von Berlin zur Müritz.
Drei Wasserstraßen, zwei Reisende, ein Hausboot: Stefan Pinnow und seine Kapitänin Christine Drühl schippern zunächst auf der Havel von Berlin über Werder nach Brandenburg. Weiter geht es nach Rathenow und durch den Naturpark Westhavelland. Bei Havelberg mündet der Fluss in die Elbe. Nach einem Zwischenstopp in Wittenberge biegt das Boot bei Dömitz - hier lockt die größte Binnendüne Europas - in die Müritz-Elde-Wasserstraße ein. Nächster Halt: die Schaumkuss-Manufaktur in Grabow. Dann nähert sich die Reise langsam ihrem angepeilten Ziel: Waren an der Müritz. Sieben Tage gleiten Stefan Pinnow und Christine Drühl gemächlich dahin. Sie durchqueren Seen, passieren Schleusen und genießen die morgendliche Ruhe an Bord. Am Flussufer entdecken sie Fischreiher und Seeadler, und immer wieder treffen sie Menschen mit spannenden Geschichten.

Three waterways, two travelers, a houseboat: Stefan Pinnow and his captain Christine Drühl sail first on the Havel from Berlin via Werder to Brandenburg. Continue to Rathenow and the Westhavelland Nature Park. At Havelberg, the river flows into the Elbe. After a stopover in Wittenberge, the boat bends near Dömitz - here the largest inland dune in Europe - lures into the Müritz-Elde waterway. Next stop: the Schaumkuss-Manufaktur in Grabow. Then the journey slowly approaches its intended destination: Waren an der Müritz. Stefan Pinnow and Christine Drühl glide leisurely for seven days. Never before we had the chance to visit this special festival on the castle of Neustadt Glewe, but we heard enough to be really curious. September 2021, after a really long time without any viking re-enactment, we get the invitation, to reunion with our friends, for this unique 28th Castle Festival in Neustadt Glewe.
Leider hatten wir noch nie die Gelegenheit gehabt das Burgfest in Neustadt Glewe zu besuchen, aber schon soviel davon gehört, um richtig neugierig zu sein. Im September 2021 ist es dann endlich soweit. Nach langer Abstinenz von Viking Re-enactment erhalten wir die Einladung zum Wiedersehen mit unseren Freunden auf dem 28. Burgfest in Neustadt Glewe .

What’s Really Inside Europe’s Largest Medieval Festival?
Portugal loves their medieval festivals but in Santa Maria de Feira, located south of Porto, is the largest reenactment of its kind in Europe. It is full of acts, foods, drinks, things to buy, and activities to experience.

exploring the world's biggest medieval fair in germany VLOG
This year I decided to visit the worlds biggest medieval travelling fair in Bückeburg, Germany. I went to both weekends and I would definitely recommend staying for the bands and the shows that happen once its dark, but unfortunately I had to work and had to leave early this year. From jousting knights to artisan crafts, the Mittelalter-Phantasie-Spektakulum in Germany is known to have it all. This video includes a journey into falconery, with Aguja Artemis - a majestic eagle and other birds of prey. Im also trying delicious medieval food I bought during my visit to the worlds biggest travelling ren fair and we are going on a shopping spree to find a cute medieval outfit!
I tried to tag ALL of the merchants and acts that I could find in the bottom left corner, but some I just didnt know, or they didnt have a website.

Schloß Hülchrath NRW Duitsland
Schloss Hülchrath is een voormalig Keurvorstendom Keulen land kasteel in Grevenbroicher districtsstad Hülchrath in de Rhein-Kreis Neuss. De waterburcht gelegen aan Gillbach gaat terug tot een kasteel uit de 12e eeuw en heeft veel van zijn middeleeuwse gebouwen behouden.De geschiedenis van de kasteel toont heel goed de typische ontwikkeling van een adellijke residentie in het Rijnland: Door de voortdurende groei is een houten Motte en een dubbele Waterburg veranderde in de Renaissance tot een paleis complex, dat na de vernietiging in de 17e eeuw tot het begin van de 20e eeuw in de stijl van Neogotisch werd herbouwd. In de Middeleeuwen Hülchrather fabriek was een van de belangrijkste land kastelen van het grondgebied van Keulen.Het paleiscomplex is nu in privébezit en wordt gedeeltelijk gebruikt voor residentiële doeleinden. Een bezichtiging binnenin is niet mogelijk. De binnenplaats van de buitenhaven en het terrein zijn gratis toegankelijk voor bezoekers.Kasteel en plaats Hülchrath staan als monumentengebied onder monumentenzorg. Bovendien werd het kasteel sinds 27 maart 1985 als monument beschermd.
