00:00:00 Intro
00:03:47 Coasteering an der Küste von Xaqqa
00:11:01 Game of Thrones Drehort Medina
00:15:17 Maltesische Spezialitäten
00:17:34 St. John's Co-Kathedrale
00:19:18 Fort Ricasoli, Drehort für Ridley Scotts Gladiator
00:21:24 Popeye Village
00:23:02 Dreharbeiten zu Das Boot
00:26:09 Maltas Salzbecken
00:28:51 Gozos Hauptstadt Victoria
00:32:38 Der kleine Blue Hole See
00:34:55 Selbsgemachter Käse
00:41:13 Die uralten Bauwerke der Insel
00:44:23 Maltesische Nationalgerichte
00:48:21 Der Strand Ramla Bay
00:52:10 Casa Rocca Piccola, Malteser Ritter in 9. Generation
00:57:00 Unterwegs mit dem Kajak
00:59:28 Das Wasser der Insel
01:04:55 Marsaxlokk
01:13:30 Vorbereitungen für den Feiertag Maria vom Siegen
01:16:14 Die Nationalbibliothek in Valletta
01:19:47 Die Santa Marija Bay von Comino
01:27:57 Outro

The Three Cities are comprised of Cospicua (Bormla), Birgu (Vittoriosa), and Senglea (L-Isla).

Steeped in history, Birgu offers a glimpse into Malta's past with its well-preserved architectural gems and captivating charm. As you wander through the narrow cobblestone streets, you'll feel as though you've stepped back in time.

Birgu is best known for the imposing Fort St. Angelo, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that played a crucial role in Malta's defense throughout the centuries. Explore its fortified walls, ancient battlements, and underground tunnels that reveal stories of invasions, sieges, and triumphs.

The city's main square, Victory Square, is a bustling hub of activity, surrounded by historic buildings and charming cafes. Don't miss the Inquisitor's Palace, a fascinating museum that sheds light on the island's complex religious history and the role of the Inquisition.

Birgu's waterfront, known as the Vittoriosa Marina, offers stunning views of the harbor and is lined with luxurious yachts and charming restaurants. Indulge in delectable seafood dishes while soaking in picturesque surroundings.

Senglea: The Three Cities' Hidden Gem
Our final destination takes us to the charming city of Senglea, also called L-Isla. Located on a peninsula, Senglea offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Grand Harbor and is often considered the hidden gem of the Three Cities.

Discovering the Night Mood of Mdina & Mosta Dome, Malta

#Malta #Mdina #Mosta
After visiting Valletta at night with local guide via Hello Malta, I proceeded to Mdina, the old capital of Malta. Mdina was even prettier at night with silence and unique atmosphere. I also loved the night view on Malta coast line & Mediterranean Sea. As the last stop, I was impressed by the huge Mosta Dome regarded as miraculous place for Maltese people.
