Q: Do you allow walk-in guests?
A: We allow walk-in guests to enter IF they book a floating cottage and pay the appropriate price. However we recommend booking in advance as we cannot guarantee availability of the balsa you wish to book if you go without a reservation.
Q: Is there any entrance fee or corkage?
A: There is environtal fee Php 15.00 collected by LGU-Laguindingan upon entering Pantalan sa Moog.
Q: What is the minimum number of days to book a cottage?
A: If you plan on reserving a cottage, please book at least 5 days in advance so that we can check for availability.
Q: Where can I pay?
A: You can pay thru gcash.
Q: When is our reservation officially booked?
A: A reservation is only officially booked upon presenting proof of payment screenshot of transfer of funds.
Q: What if I cancel my reservation even after paying in full?
A: If you cancel 3 days before the booking date, we will give you a full refund. If you cancel within 3 days before the booking date, we will charge you Php 1,000 and refund the difference. However if you cancel on the day of reservation, we will not give you any refund.
