Bienvenidos a otro asado argentino en Canadá! En este video finalmente dejamos el grill norteamericano de lado y construimos una pequeña parrilla argentina usando ladrillos. En este asado preparamos entraña fina, vacío, asado de tira, chorizos medio picantes, y mollejas. También preparamos una linda picada con corazones de alcachofas, morrones rellenos, aceitunas verdes, proscuitto, salame picante, pan y queso. Y probamos un vermouth, y vinos argentinos de San Juan y Salta.

San Miguel de Tucuman
San Miguel de Tucumán is the largest city in northern Argentina, with a population of 527,607 per the 2001 census [INDEC]. The metropolitan area totals 830,000, making it the fifth-largest in the country. It is the capital of the province of Tucumán. It was founded in 1565 by Spanish Conquistador Diego de Villarroel during an expedition from Peru, and was moved to its present site in 1685.

The city is bordered on the north by Las Talitas (Tafí Viejo), on the east by Banda del Río Salí and Alderetes (Cruz Alta), on the west by the city of Yerba Buena, and on the south by Lules.
The city sits on the slopes of the Aconquija mountains, the easternmost mountain range before the large Chaco-Pampean flats. It is the commercial center of an irrigated area that produces large quantities of sugarcane, rice, tobacco, and fruit, and provides the province with its nickname, the Garden of the Republic. The National University of Tucumán (1914) and the Saint Thomas Aquinas University of the North (1965) are in the city.
On July 9, 1816 a congress gathered in Tucumán declared the independence from Spain, which did not officially recognize it until 1862. The meeting place of the congress, the House of Tucumán, has been reconstructed as a national monument. ( source Wikipedia )
RECORRIENDO LA CIUDAD DE MONTEROS | FORTALEZA DEL FOLCLORE | CAPITAL NACIONAL DE LA POESIA
En este video recorremos una de las ciudades más conocidas y bonitas de la provincia de Tucumán : Monteros. Ubicada en el sureste de la provincia, fundada el 28 de agosto de 1754 , pero mucho antes de esta fecha Monteros ya existía como un pequeño pueblo, sus primeros habitantes eran de la antigua Ibatin, la primera fundación de San Miguel de Tucumán , todos descendientes de los primeros colonizadores.
Es la tercera ciudad más importante del sur tucumano después de San Miguel de Tucumán y Concepción.
El apelativo Monteros surge de la rebelión de los primeros habitantes de Ibatin de trasladarse a la nueva ubicación, refugiandose en los montes, de ahi el nombre de los montes, Monteros.
La ciudad también es conocida como la fortaleza del folclore y es nombrada como la capital nacional de la poesía y capital nacional del pesebre.

Chilean food was something completely new to us. But since we tried some of the food in Chile, it's quickly become one of our favorite cuisines. Chilean foods we tried include completos, empanadas, pastel de choclo, pastel de jaiba and humitas. Our Chilean food tour started in Santiago and continued in the town of Pomaire.

En medio de la ruta 3 (Patagonia) la Mitsubishi Montero empezó a sacar humo negro y a perder potencia. ¿Sera una falla del motor? Tuvimos que llamar a la grúa. Pero inesperadamente logramos resolver nosotros mismos el problema por 20p, y seguimos viaje hacia Parque Nacional Bosques Petrificados Jaramillo.
