This is one of the most spectacular beaches in the Caribbean! This pristine beach is located at the north-western end of the island of Cayo Guillermo, see interactive map at the bottom of the page. In front of Playa Pilar you can see Cayo Media Luna, a small virgin key about 2 km off-shore. Playa Pilar is about 1 km long and is facing north. It’s made of powdery white sand, and Its shallow and calm waters are perfect for swimming and water sports.

While in Cayo Coco, Cuba we had the chance to go on the Jeep with added speed boats tour with NexusTours. It was a great tour where you get to spend the day going on amazing adventures! We started the day on a speed boat and then a snorkel in the mangroves. Then on to the Jeep portion of the tour. We stopped at an amazing restaurant that had the yummies food! Our favourite food in Cuba. Then we drove up to the top of a mountain where we could climb up a lookout tower and see for miles around! Next we were off to a crocodile farm (my daughter's favourite part) where we got to hold baby crocodiles. Then we ended the day in Moron City. We had such a great time on this tour!
