According to Wikipedia Saut-d'Eau is a commune in the Mirebalais Arrondissement, in the Centre department of Haiti. It has 34,885 inhabitants. Its name is French for 'waterfall', named after a large waterfall called 'Le Saut'. It is said that this waterfall was created in the massive earthquake on 7 May1842.

Project Full Plate - Maissade Haiti 2009
Our mission trip to Maissade to work with Pastor Withny Pierre. He is building a feeding kitchen for the children of Maissade who are not getting fed and a pastor training center to train pastors from Maissade to minister to the people. We went with Converge PacWest and Executive Pastor, Dr. Don Reed. I forgot to add Donald Wurtzler on the credits in the original video.
