Is a tear drop shaped island in the Philippines sea situated 196 kilometers southeast of Tacloban in the province of Surigao Del Norte.Known as the surfing capital of the Philippines.

Matanao-Hagonoy Road by Scooter, Hagonoy, Mindanao, Philippines
There's a saying around here that goes, It's more fun in the Philippines. I got ahold of a new Suzuki and tore it up from downtown Hagonoy to the village of Clib. It's a gorgeous ride. The countryside is surrounded by billowing cloud formations that rise 1,000 feet about the mountains like mushroom clouds. Saw a dead snake on the road. I think it was a cobra.
Matanao Must Visit Places
Must Visit places in Matanao Davao del Sur. 2 hours travel from Davao city. One of Ahenteng Musikero's bucket list. The place was indeed Nice with a very nice Overlooking view. The spots were not yet developed but the road to the spots was already concrete. This travel is so sulit with it's distance from davao. Also, it is not expensive to go there.

Soliman Cave is found in Matanao, Davao del Sur. It has also a waterfalls wherein we visited it last weekend. The falls have 9 tiers with very cold water. The locals were very accomodating and trained in tourism.

????Nagmotor lang mi padulong didto sa Matanao to Brgy Hall of Colonsabac.If mangotana mo sa dalan , ayaw kabalaka kay lapad ug sementado ang dalan padulong na jud sa jump off ug hike gamay padulong sa Soliman Cave.
????Kung muhunung sa Brgy. Hall sa colonsabac 10 minutes lang maabot na nimo ang jump off. Ug another 15 minutes from jump off to cave , maabot na nimo.
????Sa mga fees , 20 pesos sa parking fee , 50 pesos sa entrance ug sa guide ikaw na bahala muhatag sa iyaha.
????Jump off area palang daghan na namaligya ug foods and drinks.
????Dili nako ma explain ang ka amazing sa cave.Entrada pa lang daan wow na kaayu.From the entrance to the middle to the exit , as in lahi lahi jud imo expression sa wow.Tungod makita nimo sa sulod ang lahi lahi na limestone formation sa cave.Naka ingun jud ko na , naa ko sa lahi na dimension na lugar. What a wonderful experience kaayu.

Balnunto Falls in Matanao, Davao del Sur:
Balnunto Falls is located in Barangay Kiblawan, Matanao, Davao del Sur, Philippines.
It is a popular tourist attraction known for its natural beauty and serene surroundings. The waterfall has several levels, and visitors can climb up to the top to see the source of the falls. The water in Balnunto Falls is crystal clear and cool, making it an excellent spot for swimming and relaxing. The area surrounding the falls is rich in vegetation, including various trees and plants such as bamboo, ferns, and orchids. Visitors can rent cottages and picnic huts near the falls for a fee. The falls are accessible by a 30-minute trek from the main road or by motorcycle or habal-habal ride.
The best time to visit Balnunto Falls is during the rainy season when the falls are at their fullest. However, the water can be dangerous during heavy rains, so visitors should exercise caution.
