Come check out our new travel guide from Leipzig, Germany where we cover 10 things to do in the city including quirky attractions, artsy neighbourhoods and the Leipzig's incredible food scene. Today we’re visiting a really cool city that’s full of contrasts. Leipzig is a place that offers a wonderful mix of lush green spaces with canals, gritty industrial areas that have been given new life, and a beautiful city centre that oozes history.
Over the course of our visit we got to see that Leipzig is a city of many faces, and a few locals even told us the city has earned the nickname 'hype-zig' because it feels like a younger up and coming version of Berlin.
So, with all of that in mind, in this video, we’ll be sharing some of the highlights from our visit. which include a fun food tour featuring everything from German baked goods to Southeast Asian street food. We’ll also show you around our unique accommodations, because yes, we spent the night in a warehouse! Plus, we’ll show you which beer to order next time you find yourself here.

Ob das Alte Rathaus + Marktplatz, das Völkerschlachtdenkmal, die Mädler Passage, das Café Kandler mit seinen überaus leckeren Leipziger Lerchen (sooo lecker!), die bunte, aber dennoch sehr grüne Karl-Heine-Straße oder die historische Leipziger Nikolaikirche mit ihren atemberaubenden Palmen-Säulen - allein diese Leipzig Tipps sind Grund genug, dass ihr die Stadt (mindestens) einmal selbst erkunden solltet.

#Luftaufnahme mit #Drohne DJI Air 2S vom Markkleeberger See bei Leipzig und dem Kanupark (Raftinganlage). Die Aufnahmen sind am 06.11.2021 entstanden. Es war an dem Tag kalt und recht windig was das fliegen der Drohne recht anspruchsvoll gemacht hat.
