TAMAN NEGARA, Malaysia: Jungle Trek & CANOPY WALK + Elephants and Waterfalls
Taman Negara is the most beautiful jungle in West Malaysia. Two-thirds of the country of Malaysia consists of Tropical Rainforest and Taman Negara is only a small four-hour drive from Kuala Lumpur. You will find elephants, tapirs, monkeys, deer and wild boars. We also see hornbills, snakes and beautiful colored butterflies! I will take you to the Mutiara Taman Negara Resort, the only resort in the middle of the National Park. From there we take walks and boat trips to the longest Canopy Walk in the world, beautiful waterfalls and lots of wildlife! After our city trip in Kuala Lumpur and this visit to Taman Negara, we travel on to the Cameron Highlands, the 'Pearl of the Orient' Penang and the beautiful island of Langkawi!
We make our trip through Malaysia during a year-long world tour. We may even continue to travel indefinitely. On New Year's Day we started in Lanzarote and Fuerteventura, the Canary Islands. Then you saw us in Oman, Cape Verde, Martinique, Saint Lucia, Tobago, Grenada, the Bahamas, the United States, Mexico, Ecuador, the Galapagos Islands, Brazil, Qatar, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam. Malaysia is already our nineteenth destination. Follow us on this world tour, first in this beautiful jungle, the rest of Malaysia and then to many more beautiful destinations! In this epic adventure, I take you on the bustling streets of Caracas and through the beautiful beach towns of Morrocoy to see how many things I could purchase with $10 USD, which at the time I made this video, was 14.7 MILLION Venezuelan Bolivares... Right now, $10 USD is equal to 22 million Bolivares, it's absolutely crazy.
Despite Venezuela's economic crisis and massive hyperinflation, the cost of everyday items is getting more expensive, which makes it even harder for the local people to afford basic things like bread and water. It's really sad, and I hope the situation gets better because Venezuelans are some of the warmest and most hospitable people I've ever met. More to come soon from Venezuela!

????????CRAB CURRY: Pour coconut milk onto the cut crabs, then add liquid salt, tamarind juice, Jaffna curry powder, chopped onions, curry leaves, and ginger-garlic paste. Put the pot on the fire and cook for 20 minutes. Mix the curry. Add more coconut milk. Cook for 15 minutes.
????????STIR-FRIED CUTTLEFISH: Place fenugreek and fennel seeds in hot coconut oil. Add garlic and mix. Add curry leaves, chopped onions, liquid salt, and green chilies and put into the pot. Keep mixing. Place the cuttlefishes in and add salt liquid, ginger- garlic paste. Mix and close the lid. Add Jaffna curry powder and tamarind juice. Mix and allow it to cook for 15 minutes.
????????RAAL SODI (SHRIMP CURRY SOUP): Pour coconut milk into a pot with chopped onions, green chilies, salt liquid, and turmeric powder. Squeeze chopped tomatoes and put them into the pot with lime juice. Place the pot on the fire and then put shrimp into the pot. Cook for 15 minutes.
????????STRING HOPPER: Add hot water to liquid salt and pour into rice flour. Mix well. Place the dough into a string hopper maker. Stack the hoppers into a steam pot for 5 minutes.
