This is a video about the province of Malvar Batangas.
Malvar, officially the Municipality of Malvar, is a municipality in the province of Batangas in the Calabarzon of the Philippines.
Adventures of Gerald and Rhia honors and pays reverence and tribute to this great province, the province of Batangas. We are staying true to our love for travel as main inspirations that led to the creation our channel that aims to explore and document life's wonders.
Malvar was created a municipality by virtue of a proclamation by the acting Governor General of the Philippines Honorable Charles B. Yeater, on the 16th of December 1918. The town was named in honor of the late General Miguel Malvar, the last Filipino general to surrender to the Americans. The proclamation took effect on January 10, 1919, and on the same day the municipality was inaugurated.
Nata de Coco Festival showcases the most popular product of the town – nata de coco. This translucent, jelly-like dessert made from fermented coconut water is produced in great amount in Malvar.

This resort in Calatagan is known to be the “Maldives of the Philippines”. I haven’t been to Maldives yet but I think I got a glimpse of its beauty here for now! The beach is so clean, blue and even has white sand. Definitely relaxing and breathtaking!

City Walk in DAVAO (Gen. Malvar St.) Philippines [4K]
Take a walk with me at General Malvar Street, Davao City, where Davao Doctors Hospital and Davao Doctors College are located. I shot this yesterday, September 15, 2023, Manila time, at around 5 in the afternoon. No gimbal was used on my camera. I just dangled the cam while walking. Kind of embarassing and little bit awkward, considering there are many restrictions in Davao. You know like, not allowed this and that here and there. I originally planned to shoot in San Pedro, near City Hall and had actually started to point my cam to the public, but many people scowled and some soldiers, particularly Task Force guys, and some policemen ,stared at me. So I stopped shooting, turned off the cam and started walking until I reached Quirino up to Malvar.
