KAMAY NI HESUS of Lucban Quezon | Walk Tour Inside the Top Tourist Attraction in Quezon Province!

KAMAY NI HESUS Shrine & Grotto of Lucban, Quezon | Walk Tour Inside the Top Tourist Attraction in Quezon Province!

Welcome to another travel walking tour episode!
Today we'll be visiting the Kamay ni Hesus Shrine of Lucban - one of the top tourist attractions of Quezon Province in Southern Luzon of the Philippines.
This is a five-hectare pilgrimage site that was constructed in 2002 and has become one of the most popular pilgrimage destinations in the country. Kamay ni Hesus Shrine involves around 300 steps going up to reach the 50 feet Statue of Jesus which is a bit challenging.
It is also surrounded with beautiful and relaxing green scenery plus a family-friendly park with a replica of Noah's Ark and a small pond to take good photos.
There are also several pasalubong centers or stalls inside and outside the shrine to buy some of the famous Lucban delicacies like the pancit habhab or Lucban longganisa. And unlike many other tourist attractions, prices of food, pasalubong and souvenirs here are really inexpensive which is one of the best things we've noticed.
Enjoy the tour and thank you all for dropping by!

Quick Tour | Lucban Quezon Philippines | 4K

Quick visit to a Summer Capital of Quezon | Philippines.

Walking LUCBAN Quezon Philippines in Light Rain - Try not to fall asleep [4K]

Exploring Lucban Quezon Philippines in the light rain. This was my first time actually walking around Lucban, but I've passed here many times going to and from Bicol to Manila. Lucban Quezon Philippines reminded me of a small European town with a little filipino flare to it. The cobblestones near the church was nice, and I wish I as able to explore all the ancestral houses, but they were all so far from each other. I could actually see me having a small place near here. From what I've been gathering, the Quezon Province seems to be very clean, or at least a lot more clean than many parts in Metro Manila. I enjoyed the euro-style restaurants and coffee shops too. I hope one day when I have a few bucks to spare, and if and only the place still looks well-maintained, I would like to set up a business and a small place to live here. Anyways, this isn't your typical busy heavy foot traffic that you are used to on this channel, so if you are not into relaxing rain videos, and old town scenery, you may want to pass on this video. I have turned off the ads during the middle of the video so that you can fully listen to the asmr rain sounds without interruption. Enjoy!

Tayabas City, Quezon Province FOOD TOUR! Let's Explore the Food Market, Street Foods, & Pasalubong!

Tayabas City, Quezon Province FOOD TOUR! Let's Explore the Food Market, Street Foods, & Pasalubong!

Tayabas City lies in the middle of Quezon Province (in between Lucban and Lucena City) and used to be the capital of Quezon until that honor was transferred to the nearby Lucena.
Just like other towns in Quezon, Tayabas is also famous for its heritage houses since it is home to many Spanish-era architecture, including historic landmarks and stone bridges.
It is known for lambanog (coconut arrack) and sweet food/delicacies such as the Budin or baked cassava, yema cake, puto bao and other favorite merienda or pasalubong like the hardinera and pancit habhab.
This walking tour will include a visit to its public market, a walk around the streets of Tayabas and a quick look of Calle Budin - the small, specialty street lined with stalls selling sweets and pasalubong or homemade delicacies of Tayabas.

Lucban Heritage & Food Tour by Train. Exploring Lucban Outside the Pahiyas Season.

The opening of the PNR Train from San Pablo to Lucena is making many people explore the many attractions on the province of Quezon.
This is our 3rd time to take the train, and this time we are exploring one of our favorite destinations, the charming town of Lucban.
From the Lucena train station, get on a jeepney to Grand Central, then take the Modern Jeepney to Lucena.
In our case, we took the scenic route: visited Mauban first, then took the jeepney to Lucban via Sampaloc town.
Lucban is very much different outside the Pahiyas (it's famous festival held every May 15th) season. It's quieter, less crowded, but as charming as ever.
We visited the beautiful Rizal Plaza and learned about history. We also went to its heritage church and the old Campo Santo.
No visit to Lucban is complete without trying its delicious food offerings. We feasted on Habhab, Shanghai, Macaroni and Palamig, all for 40 pesos only.
We also get to visit the Jollibee store on a 160-year old mansion. Definitely one of its kind in the Philippines.
So tara, let's explore Lucban!
