Baguio, officially the City of Baguio and often referred to as Baguio City, is a highly urbanized city in northern Luzon of the Philippines, now also known as Summer Capital of the Philippines. It is geographically located within Benguet, serving as the provincial capital from 1901 to 1916, but has since been administered independently from the province following its conversion into a chartered city. The city has become the center of business, commerce, and education in northern Luzon, as well as the regional center of the Cordillera Administrative Region.
Tourism is one of Baguio's main industries due to its cool climate and history. The city is one of the country's top tourist destinations. BAGUIO CITY is a small highly urbanized city that all its major roads are somehow interconnected. In this drive, we are going to go around some places in Baguio via the major roads like Marcos Highway, Kennon Road, and Loakan road. We will drive to these major roads by passing through some barangays like Suello, Bakakeng, Camp 7, Camp 8, and Loakan among others.
We will also be crossing a very wide road which, maybe the last time that we are able to do, find out in the video why.
