May Pen is the capital and largest town in the parish of Clarendon in Middlesex County, Jamaica. It is located on the Rio Minho river, and is a major market centre for the Parish.
May Pen - the capital of Clarendon, May Pen, was once part of a property owned by Rev. William May. It is said to have begun as merely two inns on the bank of the Rio Minho. The town grew rapidly and in 1938 it was made the capital of the parish. It is now a large town and boasts many churches, factories, a courthouse, modern libraries and numerous stores. While May Pen has no universities, it does have several public and private schools, including Central High School, Denbigh High School, Glenmuir High School (Anglican), Glenmuir Preparatory School (Anglican primary), May Pen High School (Adventist private), May Pen Primary School, Foundation Preparatory School, and St. Thomas Moore Preparatory School (Catholic primary).

Longville Park to Salt River in Clarendon, Jamaica.
Salt River, 10 minutes east of Lionel Town near the coast, has a public mineral spring that is a favorite cooling off spot among locals. Dances are held on weekends for what they call Early Sundays. Seldom visited by tourists, the upkeep is substandard as the locals don't seem to mind the rubbish that litters the grounds, including deceased refrigerators parked at the water's edge and large tires parked beneath the crystalline waters. Nevertheless, it's a great spot to soak up the local scene and eat some fried fish and festival. To get to Salt River, take the left turn before reaching Lionel Town heading south following the sign for Milk River Resort (closed), or take the first left after going through the clocktower square in Old Harbour heading west and continue for about 10 km beyond Longville Park Farm.

Salt River Mineral In Clarendon Jamaica Full Tour || Sunny Day For fun
Salt River Mineral Clarendon Jamaica - The Clarendon Municipal Corporation is undertaking an upgrade of Salt River Mineral Bath in South East Clarendon, with plans to capitalise on the allure of the natural facility once restrictions relating to the coronavirus (COVID-19) are lifted.
According to May Pen Mayor, Winston Maragh, beautification work has started with the laying of topsoil and the planting of trees and flowers. He said the area will be fenced to prevent motorists from parking in restricted areas and damaging the work that has been done.
Maragh said work has also started on a new bathroom at the facility which is owned by Sugar Company of Jamaica Holdings Limited, with the corporation having a long-term lease that started approximately two years ago.
He said that there are also plans to install solar streetlights in the area of the mineral bath. The foundations for the poles are expected to start being established shortly, as the council seeks to “brighten up the place”.

Negril Jamaica Where Bikes Are Taxi Services In The Tourist Town 2021 - Walking In Negril Town Jamaica, Negril is a small (pop. 6,900) but widely dispersed beach resort town located across parts of two Jamaican parishes, Westmoreland and Hanover.[1]
Negril is about an hour and fifteen minute drive on the coastal highway from Sir Donald Sangster International Airport, in Montego Bay. Westmoreland is the westernmost parish in Jamaica, located on the south side of the island. Downtown Negril, the West End cliff resorts to the south of downtown, and the southern portion of the so-called seven mile (11 km) beach are in Westmoreland.
WALKING THROUGH JAMAICA TO SEE THE RAW HAPPENINGS OF WHAT THE TOWNS ARE LIKE FOR A FEW MINUTES WITH MY 4K OSMO HD CAMERA. please enjoy the sounds of natural rainfall and city ambience, Please be warned that the video contains sounds of loud horns, traffic and sirens.
