Para los amantes de la gastronomía peruana este video es único, porque probamos los más diversos platos de ceviche hechos en la calle y por un chef, fue una experiencia única que vivimos en ese hermoso país.
El Cebiche es un plato muy nutritivo que en promedio aporta aproximadamente entre 400 a 500 kilocalorías, proteínas de alta calidad en el pescado, carbohidratos de fácil digestión como los encontrados en el camote y el maíz choclo, y verduras saludables como la cebolla, culantro, lechuga, ají limo.

US Airforce sergeants visit Peru after WW2. It is a quiet life they encounter. A viewer commented that this film might well have been taken in 1948/9. Another viewer mentioned that the first part of the film was taken in Quito, Ecuador. This was a silent Kodachrome colorfilm. I added sound.

It's an easy ferry ride from Buenos Aires, Argentina over to Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay. In the sleepy town on the Rio de la Plata much tourist time is spent on beaches and walking through the historical center of town.
I filmed this on my 1st generation GoPro and edited it with iMovie '11.

We don't love cities. They are expensive, they have less activities to offer and quite busy for us. However, for visa applications, we have to spend two to three weeks in a city in each of the countries. Having come from La'Paz Bolivia, with its mad traffic, when we were told to prepare for Lima traffic we wished we did not have to go there.
However, LIMA surprised us with it's wonderful people and great food. We had the best three weeks. We did not even realized how fast the days went. Our hosts in LIMA were super amazing. Welcome .
