Lakemba is a suburb southwest of #sydney , in the province of New South Wales, #australia . Lakemba is found 12 kilometers southwest of the Sydney focal business region, in the neighborhood government region of the City of Canterbury-Bankstown. It is the easternmost suburb in Greater Western Sydney. In this video I will show you the Lakemba hotel, Canterbury Street, and Haldon Street.
From the mid-1970s, Lakemba turned out to be exceptionally well known for its immigrants from Lebanon, and by the mid-1990s the region was viewed as a focal point of Lebanese Australian life. The establishment of the Lakemba Mosque and the foundation of specific eateries, removal shops, basic food item shops, and dresses and book shops have supported an overall view of Lakemba as a prevalently Arab and Muslim suburb, especially in the media. As of late Lakemba has seen a huge increment of individuals with Bangladeshi family lines also.

I can't believe it's been 3 years since I last went to Ramadan Nights Lakemba - that was the first time I tried Camel Burger & Turkish Sand coffee. I got the opportunity to visit again and it was so the atmosphere was amazing. Food was delicious too - if you go and can only try one that, I would recommend that you give the Knafeh at Yummy Yummy ago - it is absolutely delicious.
We also checked out a cute cafe/ tea spot in Chatswood called tea journal - they have the most amazing chiffon cake - rose lychee is my favourite at the moment but I've heard black sesame is pretty good too.
