SafetyWing (best for younger travelers + digital nomads):

*I use both of these companies depending on the destination and requirements of entry. If you are going to be abroad for a long time and/or don't need as much coverage, I would recommend SafetyWing. BUT you cannot purchase SafetyWing WHILE in Canada or USA. You can only purchase once already abroad. Hey Mondo is more expensive but offers a higher level of coverage including plans that have trip cancellation/interruption insurance. Hey Mondo would be the better insurance to use if you need travel medical insurance when applying for a visa. Both companies cover covid. I am an affiliate for both companies, but I pay for my own policies.*

???????? Mexico City 4K Virtual Tour | Paseo de la Reforma - Zona Rosa [4K HDR / 60fps]

Today we will walk Mexico Cities very friendly Paseo de la Reforma. This wide boulevard runs diagonally through the heart of the city is where businessmen, young people partying, tourists and the curious meet along the wide avenue.

The huge avenue framed by roundabouts that celebrate the history of the city: Caballito, The Diana Cazadora, The Angel de la Independencia; plus large office buildings, hotels and restaurants add to the grandiose feel.

The strip is always busy, always full of life and is even returned to the public every Sunday morning, when this section is transformed into a giant bike path, fitness and leisure space. We will being a tour of the street again next Sunday!

Mexico City: Segway Tour on Paseo de la Reforma - MEXICO w/Mike Vondruska - Travel Guide

In this episode, I will take you on a Segway Tour in Mexico City.
If you have never been on a segway before, then I highly recommend you try it. You will learn how to ride it in about 45 seconds. Yea, it's easy to do.

On this segway tour, we started near the National Anthropology Museum and then went to explore the main avenue, Paseo de la Reforma. The total tour was about 2 hours long.

Taking a tour like this will really give you an inside peak at what daily life is like in this oldest city in the Americas.

Think of a segway tour like this as a cultural immersion tour on 2 wheels.

QUESTION?
Have you ever ridden on a segway? If so, where did you ride one? And did you like it? Love to hear from you! Why not leave a comment about our experience.

Mexico City's Beautiful and Modern Reforma Avenue (CDMX VLOG)

A walk down Reforma Avenue (Paseo de la Reforma) one of the main streets through Mexico City, and arguably one of the most modern areas in all of Mexico. Today I begin just before El Angel de Independencia, and continue on all the way to the beginning of Chapultepec Park. Because it is a Sunday, Reforma Avenue is closed to bicycles and pedestrians, making it a fun time to visit the famous Mexican street.

Sofitel Mexico City Reforma | An In Depth Look Inside

Welcome to Details in Luxury. In this video we are going to see an in depth look of the new Sofitel Hotel, located in Mexico City. The Sofitel is located in Paseo de la Reforma, the most important avenue in Mexico City; the Sofitel offers wonderful views to the Angel de la Independencia, and to the whole city. This wonderful and luxurious hotels is one of the best in Mexico City.

If you are thinking on visiting Mexico City, and want to stay in a luxurious, beautiful, and centered hotel; the Sofitel is for you.
To be honest we went to this hotel and had a really nice experience looking and exploring this hotel; and it is really wonderful. Also the food was really really nice. But the best thing probably is the service that the Sofitel offers.

For this video we filmed our own clips; and also we leaned on some existing clips from Youtube.

About Paseo de la Reforma:

Paseo de la Reforma is a wide avenue that runs diagonally across the heart of Mexico City. It was designed at the behest of Emperor Maximilian by Ferdinand von Rosenzweig during the era of the Second Mexican Empire and modeled after the great boulevards of Europe, such as the Ringstraße in Vienna and the Champs-Élysées in Paris. The planned grand avenue was to link the National Palace with the imperial residence, Chapultepec Castle, which was then on the southwestern edge of town.
