CARRETERA CENTRAL | LIMA - LA OROYA
Un pequeño viaje días antes de la Navidad en plena pandemia para visitar a la familia recorriendo la carretera central desde Lima y pasando por La Oroya.
Siempre intentamos salir antes de las 3am desde Los Olivos (Lima) para llegar a la subida antes que los camiones, esta vez tardamos mucho por el peso que estábamos llevando, la respectiva tanqueada del carro siempre la hacemos en Chosica, con eso nos vamos tranquilos hasta Huánuco.
Transporte Propio: Sedán 1600cc Mecánico, sin neblineros (pero recomiendo tenerlos en época de lluvias Dic-Feb para pasar Ticlio tranquilo ya que hay mucha neblina algunas veces y no se puede mirar mas allá de 10 metros)

The Inambari River flows through Puno and Madre de Dios regions in southern Peru. Part of the Amazon Basin, the river is a tributary of the Madre de Dios. The video here was taken near Oroya, a town named after the gold found in the region.
La oroya, Jauja, concepción, Huancayo y lima en bicicleta. #RODANDOPERÚ
En esta oportunidad rodamos en bicicleta desde la oroya hasta la ciudad de Huancayo. Fueron 8 horas de intenso pedaleo, pasamos por Jauja, concepción. Al día siguiente regresamos hasta Ticlio para luego regresar hasta lima en bicicleta. El descenso de Ticlio fue una experiencia brutal, no tome muchas fotos porque quería disfrutar de la velocidad.

Kilómetros antes de llegar a La Oroya hay un tramo de la carretera que no podía dejar de grabar, es la ruta soñada para cualquier motociclista. ????Si eres nuevo y decides ir por primera vez a cruzar Tíclio, es mejor que tengas todos los elementos de seguridad, buenas llantas, abrigo y sobre todo equipo para la lluvia, porque si llega a entrar agua a tus pies vas a tener problemas. ????

Su nombre deriva de de palabras quechua Huaga y Apu, la primera, significa lágrimas; la segunda, poderoso. En tiempos de conquista inca la población mas vulnerable se escondió en la grupa esperando que su guerreros regresasen , pero de mucho esperar las lagrimas se convirtieron en el ríos que sale del interior de la gruta.

Some 81,000 people are living in about 7,500 summer houses in this Finnish city of 450 lakes.
According to one author, the unilingual town is “perhaps the worst city in Finland owing to the high percentage of racism.” Even though Kouvola is considered a backwater village with bigoted residents, it’s not nearly as scary as it appears on the surface. It also has a high rate of violent crime, such as assault and armed robbery.
